Very clean hotel, we spent there one night. The personnel was there to welcome us very late at night, our room was ready, nothing was missing. Recommended.

Only 1 very tiny thing......it would be great to have tea and coffee facilities in the room......I realise this would cost more but it would help not to have to take our own with us.

We have been going there for years and from day 1 we have always had such a warm welcome from Sandra and indeed all the staff. They always go that extra mile to make our stay great and so helpful allowing our dog to stay with us too. Great parking and discount from local restaurants.

We had a very comfortable one night stay. The receptionist lady was exceptionally friendly and welcoming, and found me an extra pillow when I requested it. The car park was secure and there was a convenient "Boucherie" restaurant nearby. We slept well and breakfast (cereal, toast and plentiful coffee) was perfect to get us on the road again.

Great breakfast. Nice cosy rooms. Staff very helpful. Really professional check in staff. Easy if travelling south on Autoroute. There is shopping complex nearby with range of food. Bar etc.

a larger selection of cereal and fruit yoghurts would have been good, during our travelling this was the most expensive breakfast with the smallest selection of food

quick easy check in with friendly staff room was good size, beds and pillows very comfortable it would be a perfect room if it had tea/coffee making facilities, they are always a bonus, even if it means we have to pay a few euros extra per night.

Very convenient for the motorway but very near Montlucon. The staff are exceptionally kind, helpful and always try and understand my French…..but they all speak excellent English. Breakfast very good price with enormous selection of continental breakfast…..superb! Rooms are a very good size with a spacious shower room. Spotlessly clean …..we have stayed in many Ace hotels but this is the best one by far !

It cracked us up, as we weren't allowed to take glasses up to our room to enjoy our Prosecco, yet the windows opened very wide, wide enough for you to jump or fall out of, particularly a child. I kind of don't like being treated like I'm 5. The next hotel we went to even provided glasses already in our room, and a glass bottle of water!

Booked the hotel en route 15 minutes before staying there. The hotel was ok, standard like Holiday Inns but good just for a stop-over. The receptionist was lovely and very helpful.

I was impressed that there are so many guests arriving during late evening hours. And 1 receptionist isn't enough for this job as you have to wait in the check-in line too long.

Beds could be higher , and the breakfast room needed another coffee machine gets busy more so room to move around the food would make it more comfy to eat, and the croisssants were a bit dry,,

Over all very comfy staff very helpful eg Jeramie was very helpful on arrival,,bedroom was equipped and excellent value would deffo stay again there ,, easy to find great location for what we needed and restaurants so close by.
