We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomThere should have been kettle for parents with kids incase we need to make baby meals. I had to go downstairs for hot water which was quite risky as i was using the lifts. Room 114 toilet will need a thick bleach cleaning as there was a dark patch stain when you look further down the toilet.
There was no much selections with breakfast options however, if you enjoy bread for breakfast you will have enough to select from. Room size was excellent just as described in the picture. Very quite hotel which makes night time very peaceful. All the staff at the reception was kind and friendly. Apologise once again as we lost the room swap card on the day of checkout.

The hotel was very clean and fairly modern. I was a bit concerned knowing it was a 'pet friendly' hotel, however room was very clean and no signs of pets previously in room. Location was close to Disneyland and train station (approx. 20 mins bus ride away). Very helpful young man on reception during the nights (unfortunately I didn't get his name).

Great location especially if you have a car. Near to Disneyland and Val d'Europe. Easy access to airport and Parc Asterix Nearby restaurants and supermarkets. Good breakfast

We stayed at this hotel to visit Disneyland. There is a direct bus to Disneyland from the Hotel. (no:34) The breakfast was nice and there were quite good varieties to choose. The room was comfortable.
