We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United KingdomACE hotels seem quite consistent in being clean and comfy and a little less cramped than B+B or Ibis Budget in my experience. The one in RIOM is conveniently located near a restaurant (Zinc) in the same complex but book ahead as the restaurant is always busy due to six budget hotels around it. Hotel location is quiet (no road noise) with some greenery space around it.
