When we arrived, the room had a nasty smell coming from the bathroom. Smelled like a sewage. I couldn't sleep on our first night especially having sensitive sense of smell. I reported it to the staff the next day and they said they will sort this out. When we came back the room was cleaned but the smell was still there, I just have to endure it as we only have short time in France I would rather spend it travelling around than stressing myself too much, also we always came back to the hotel late. Everything else was ok except for the smell.. I hope they could fix the issue for the next customer.

The room was clean however it ws smaller than I expected. The staff were friendly and the location is very close to bus stop and metro. The staff provided everythng we needed for our stay. However

THE WINDOW IN THE ROOM DOES NOT CLOSE AND IT WAS RAINING AND I COULD NOT SLEEP FOR THE NOISE OF THE RAIN HITTING THE TILES ON THE GROUND AND I WAS ON THE SECOND FLOOR. BUT ANYWAY EVERYTHING WAS OK AND IT WAS ONLY ONE DAY. OVERALL IT WAS A GOOD STAY. THANK YOU FOR HAVING ME. I APPRECIATE EVERYTHING. THANK YOU AGAIN.

Some of the power points didn’t work, there was a tiny fan which was not sufficient for hot nights/days. There was no fan in the bathroom and it was hot! So you either had to leave the bathroom door open to let the condensation out but then it would heat up the room. Room was also small in size.

Staff were incredibly friendly, location isn’t bad considering your a couple mins walk from two train stations.

There is no air-conditioning so if you go in summer then you may feel uncomfortable. Also the room has very less plug points as the hotel is old. Apart from that the hotel is heritage and good for a budget stay.

The host was very warm, the breakfast was delicious and the location was superb.

Noisy - if you open your window it’s difficult to sleep, especially in the morning since there are a lot of cars. Windows don’t have mosquito nets which is extremely discomfortable since each night we had a lot of them.

Area feels safe, metro is 6-7 mins away, there is a supermarket nereby.

Small shower room like a dormitory, but I can't complain considering the price.

Reasonable price in the local side of Paris. Very compact in everything, but no problem for my stay. The staff was very kind and friendly. I didn't have a chance, but there was a bar on the ground floor and seemed very convenient and reasonable too. I enjoyed only one beer there, but it was pleasant.

Very dark lighting. It was really cold at night, so we had to turn the heater on. Lack of sockets in the room so you have to charge 2 phones at the same point. There is no socket in the bathroom to use hairdryer.

Thin walls, we heard noise from the hall. A little thin blankets, but warm. I am used to thicker blankets so it was a little uncomfortable at first.

Metro was close, late check-in to 0:00, check out at 11:00 so you don't have to hurry. Good breakfast, staff was very nice. We had two nights and they cleaned our room and we got new towels. There was a small bathtub. Rooms are small but nice, very good for the price.
