Location is off centre, but if you want to stay close to the train station, it's good.

As I have mentioned above: breakfast and towels were not making our stay happier.

Breakfast was not really good, poor assortiment (more like basic), cutlery was not clean. Towels did not really look like clean, were grey and smelly. These points need to be improved. The rest during our stay was very good, comfortable beds, clean room, good nespresso coffee, friendly personnel, good location of the hotel (just a small walk to the center).

Restaurant service was terribly slow the Saturday evening we were there 1hr 20 min between starter and mains, and food mediocre at best.

A comfortable room if a little small, excellent shower. Ample secure parking on site both covered 1.9m height limit and open air. Fairly easy to find, good for an overnight stop probably a bit out of the way to explore CF. Good breakfast.

I cannot believe how incredibly rude the staff is here, we checked in at night after driving with two children for a very long time, we were booked in a room with one bed for four of us. I initially went downstairs to ask for extra bed sheets and pillow (we would just make it work) to my surprise all the sudden the same lady who checked us in said "I don't speak English " and started laughing. So unprofessional, but when checking us in she spoke english and even offered us to pay for breakfast. Not until I told her I have other citizenships besides English did she even attempt to solve our situation. We ended up switching to a room that had a pull out sofa for our children, after unneeded stress.Regardless so rude so unprofessional, very dissatisfied and disappointed.

Access was a nightmare. We drove around for almost an hour before finding it. Breakfast offered lots of sugary cereals but the fresh fruit available was disappointing and not seasonal. (Kiwi fruit and banana -really?) .

Friendly, helpful staff. Very comfortable room. The dog bed was an unexpected bonus.

We didn't like the fact that you have to pay €12 per night to park in the hotels private carpark, it's attached to the hotel, so surely this should be included in the nightly rate.

I was very happy with the room and breakfast. The staff were friendly and very polite. My wife is vegan and doesn't expect much choice in France, but there was vegan yoghurt for the fresh fruit, a choice of breads and condiments and the staff even got her oatmilk for her coffee, she was very impressed.

At the restaurant, during dinner, we had to wait almost half an hour before someone came to our table to tell us they no longer had the bottle of wine we ordered. Luckily, the waitress could recommend us another bottle (which coincidentally was at the same price as the previously ordered bottle....???) In general, service was slow all night. We had to wait several times for our table to be served while we saw other tables, that had arrived later than us, being helped much faster.

Upon arrival we were greeted by a very friendly receptionist who offered to make reservations for us at the hotel restaurant, which we gladly accepted (as we'd been driving 2 days straight already, we did not feel up to going into the city center that night). Also, at breakfast one of the waiters really went out of his way to help us, and we had a lovely chat with him (too bad I never asked his name for he definitely deserves some extra credit!) Food was good (both at breakfast and at dinner), though mostly at dinner there were some pretty long waiting times (see below)

The facilities were simple but very nice and great attention to detail. The night receptionist was very friendly and welcoming and their breakfast which was included in our rate was very nice. My 8 year old especially liked the pancake machine and that her could boil his own eggs. Would definitely go back.

Lovely stop over hotel ! Weren’t going to eat there but couldn’t find anywhere else and ended up having dinner there - it was excellent! Highly recommend it !
