We found the bed too soft as they sank in the middle but that’s not a complaint but more of a personal preference.

It was unclear how we could check out early in order to catch our morning flight, but staff responded almost immediately to my WhatsApp message even though it was after hours. (I misunderstood the French instructions on the emergency line for voice messages.)

Terrific location. Clean and spacious for the price! Friendly and responsive staff.

Facilities - corridors - but overall very happy. Plus a little slow wifi.

Excellent location in the heart of Nice - 5min away from the beach / old town, next to many good restaurant options and the famous promenade - excellent spot. Parking - well organized with discounted daily rate (at EUR 26 at Parking Grimaldi). Extremely supportive stuff, simple cold breakfast available.

The only tricky thing is taking the elevator to the correct floor to find the reception desk. More signs are needed!!!

Exceptionally clean and well appointed facilities. I loved the fact the cleaning products were NOT overly scented (they did not provoke headaches and/or allergies) Staff immediately said Welcome! - a nice touch.

Shower/ bathroom is a bit dated and small, but fine for short stays

Location is very central between Old Nice, Promenade and city center! Located on a nice walking street with numerous restaurant options as well as Gelato. 10-12 minutes walk from main train station, and also within 2-3 blocks of both metro tram lines( one going direct to airport) Reception staff always willing to help, especially smiling Rebecca!

Unfortunately at the time of stay there was scaffolding infront of our window which blocked our view of the street and was full or rubbish.

Location was incredible. Short walk to the prom and located in the centre. Room was spacious and comfortable and clean.

The Wi-Fi connection is not good for us. Not sure about what is the situation to others.

Staffs are really really nice. The room is quite spacious and comfortable for three people. The location of the hotel is really close to the sea. Would recommend this lovely hotel to everyone!

Nothing. The building is under constructions so you cannot use the elevator, I expect this will be solved in following weeks.

Literally a 10 out of 10. Perfect location, walking distance to almost everything, restaurants and tourists spots are all closed by. It's possible to store your luggage before/after your stay free of charge. All of the hotel staff are really friendly and easy to communicate. I had already felt the hospitable atmosphere during pre-check in, I returned back at 4pm and noticed that I got a free upgrade, which bring my lovely experience in the next level. It's a pity that I only stayed for one night. I'll come back to this hotel for the next visit for sure. Thanks for all the people I have met during my stay :)

The innen architecture is misleading because as soon as you enter your room it is modern.

Location is perfect for having a walk to all important areas. It’s quite inside the hotel and you are directly in a vibrating area as soon as you walk out. We came in late and even got a restaurant serving as food at 1.0am

The bathroom was very dated and would benefit from updating. This didn't hinder our enjoyment of the property at all, as it was very clean and shower worked really well.

The location was fantastic, very close to the Promenade and the old Town but also in the centre of shops and restaurants. Staff were extremely helpful.
