Tight on space, especially in our shower room, but it served a purpose. Why do hotels only supply one spare pillow? Why not just out 4 pillows in a double room?

The town of Cancale is very touristic town and someway from the hotel. It is extremely difficult to park for an evening meal. Would be good to have a restaurant in the hotel

Nothing we didn't like.

The Hotel looks a little tired from outside but inside is nicely decorated and clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful with directions and advice on how to get to the centre. It was very hot while we were there but the room was fine, there is some building work next door but it didn't disturb us even though our window looked onto this. It is about a 10 minute walk to the town centre but it is an easy walk as no hill until you go down to the beach. The hill is steep but we managed to get a little motorised tuktuk back up to the centre which on a hot night was much appreciated.

Room a bit small for 2 people, could do with more lighting- maybe at the desk? Not enough power outlets - everyone has mobile phones that need charging and had to unplug tv to use it, other in bathroom. None by bedside.

Breakfasts are quite poor. I think it’s just a french cultural issue, but if you’re more into Eastern Europe/Turkey breakfasts - better find another place to eat. It’s not expensive, but isn’t worth even those 11,5€. As a couple, we were not excited about two beds moved together instead of one whole bed. Having a gap between 2 mattresses under the only thin bedsheet - not cool. I’m a bit spoiled by rooms opened by cards, so I was a bit surprised to have an actual key with a huge wooden keychain which takes so much space in a handbag when you try to walk with a minimum of things. But that’s just me. But really, it can be just a card. Or at least a small keychain.

Very clean. I’d say, perfectly clean, I didn’t see any spot which would trigger me. 10/10 The stuff is very friendly and helpful. Everything essential is available. We could see some dogs, pet-friendly place cheers up! We weren’t bothered by any noise, while we saw many people during our stay, so I suppose the isolation is good. Free parking, no problems with places. Supermarket is very close to the hotel. The microwave is available till 21h00. Also it’s possible to take some plates/forks/glasses from the cantine if needed.

I checked in early (3.30pm) to use the 'Spa' what a waste of time. Just a sauna that was closed and a bubble massage table which didn't look very exciting. I should have read the small print on the booking which does state this, but you are paying a hotel with a spa rate, which is a bit misleading.

The room was clean and nicely decorated, the parking was good and only a 20 minute walk to the Port, I found a path on my phone which went through fields and led to a flight of stairs coming out between the restaurants on the pier.

Great location walking distance from shops and harbour. Large room and very clean. Good varied breakfast and smiley and helpful staff.

Room and bed were quite small. Electric outlets only two on the desk but, one was for tv. Lamps, at bed "side" on the wall 1,2 m high had one single switch for both. In the bathroom both toilet paper were half spent. The towels heating system had the rheostat hanging by the electrical wires. The shower in a corner, size was very small with no curtains at all and just a glass fixed protection around 13 cm width so it was an adventure to take a shower without splitting water all over. The first night when we got back from dinner three youngsters were having a picnic on the floor at the end of the hall that last till 23:00. Second night there was a bus and the number raised around 15 fold and lasted till midnight. After 20:00 you could not use lift becase access was bloked in a private area. Outside eveything seemed not to be in the best situation with lots of broken tiles around the pathways.
