I expected the room could be a little bigger but for 2 people it's alright. Sometimes you would hear footsteps from the upper floor if you are not staying at the top floor.

The location is beautiful and perfectly placed with good connectivity. The Vieux Port metro and bus stops just in front of the hotel. Lots of good food options nearby. The ships to go to Calanques start from the port in front of the hotel. Very good view of the port from the room. The hotel provides a good breakfast option at a reasonable price. The staff are very good and they speak very good English.

Our room was very small but the view was beautiful. The breakfast was inadequate, there could have been more variety, we had celebrated our special day, the flowers placed on our bed were beautiful

The hotel’s renovations seem to have been a bit superficial and the main focus seems to have been the design, so that there are a few structural things that are still in need of repair (i.e. crooked stairs).

If you are looking for a hotel with a great location and okay amenities, this is perfect for you. The hotel is located directly on the vieux port. It was recently renovated so that you can have a comfortable stay.

A MINOR issue with stairs. But hotel staff helped and were very kind!

Exceptional staff! They were so helpful with our luggage and made us feel so welcome! Many staff were kind and courteous but my personal Compliments to ADELE. She went above and beyond to help me with my French, she even found us a lovely restaraunt near by and booked a reservation for dinner. We ADORE France and she made it even better! Thank you Adele! ❤️

Although the hotel remindered there are stairs before arriving the check-in counter, but it’s truly exhausted to lift a 20 kg luggage by myself.

The view is spectacular. I love standing by the window, seeing the port and smelling the breeze in the morning time. The amenities are nit and chic, creating a home-like atmosphere, which makes me feel relax.

The room was recently renovated, but really very small, even considering that it is an attic room with a sloping ceiling.

Small details, I think rooms can have kettle and glass. Also hair conditioner!! There was no elevator until Floor 1, for us it was ok because we had small luggages. But for the ones with big luggages might be an issue.

It was clean, location is amazing, I recommend you book a port view room. Staff is helpful and kind, they baked cakes and cookies for guest :), rooms are new.

The hotel has just been renovated with style. Rooms are very nice and superclean. Breakfast delicious with also homemade products. People at the reception also extremely nice and helpful. I had a camera with the view port view and it was amazing. Only downpoint is the safety of the area which gets pretty dodgy after the restaurants close.

There are several step to reception floor. Not convenience foe big luggage but staff help me to carry.

"Accessibility" claim is misleading. If I had know - when I actually made the booking - there were 40 stairs (AND NO LIFT) to get to reception, I'd probably have picked another hotel. I walk with a stick. Because the reception is on the 2nd floor hotel staff were not there to offer me help with my case when I arrived and/or left - up and down the 40 stairs. There were no signs offering assistance, either. Assistance was never mentioned.

Perfect location; friendly, accommodating staff; good breakfast; fabulous views.
