the room was too tiny :s we could barely walk in the room..

the staff is amazing! they helped us with the luggage.. they are sweet and helpful.. the hotel is super clean.. it’s bright and cheerful! the location is directly on the port.. but again the staff was amazing specially certain one I don’t know her name but she is a blonde!

breakfast spread is a bit limited, can be improved. lift is available only from the reception level at first floor. so you have to carry ur luggage and take stairs till first floor. can be inconvenient for elderly and those with restricted mobility

excellent location by the port, with a beautiful view of the port. easy access through public transport. at the heart of hustle bustle of Marseille. they were kind enough to allow early check in. the room we stayed was large, beautiful, clean and spacious with asthetically done decor. would recommend to get the room with port view.

The hotel was the ideal location. The staff was friendly and very helpful. I had a lovely little balcony. The bed was comfortable. It was a great value for a stay in an enchanting area.

we had a room the was facing the interior garden and, more to the point, our window was facing a wall. This itself was no surprise to us since the interior garden bit was mentioned when picking the room. Unfortunatelly I was not aware the interior space was roofed, so there wasnt fresh air. Another problem was that on the other side of the inner garden was a visitor that was making a lot of loud noises at night, so sleeping with the window open turned out to be quite unsettling - so we had some bad luck there. My advice to you coming to this hotel would be to pick the harbor facing rooms :)

Unpleasant vibrating and noisy sounds during the night made our sleep uncomfortable. Poor sound-proofing. Missing fresh vegetables at breakfast.

Excellent location in the city center. Comfortable mattress. Nice staff. Homemade yogurts at the breakfast.

Small trip upstairs before actually getting to the lifts. I didn’t mind this at the start. But after a day of walking around town, I didn’t look forward to it.

Nadia was extremely nice. She chatted with genuine interest. I love being able to hang out in the lobby/ kitchen to read a book and sip tea. Quaint aesthetic.

The bed was very small, and also the room was very small. You need to go up two floors to get to the hotel reception, and only then do you have an elevator.

Very small room with very low beams (not good for a 6'4" husband!) Quite a small double bed. A kettle to make a drink in the room would have been nice.

Excellent location on the Old Port. Easy check in. Nice bathroom. Lots of plug points around the room. Nice kitchen area, although we only used the coffee machine.

Double bed a bit too small for us. Unfortunately no slippers in the rooms and also not available after asking.

Location is perfect! Staff was super friendly and the hotel incl. our room was very clean. Breakfast was good - incl. freshly baked (sweet and savory) muffins/cakes on Sunday. Super cute!
