Pool could have been warmer! (And longer!)

The best was the staff without exception were wonderful. A total ‘no problem’ approach from receptionists, through to maitre D, bar and restaurant staff. All to be commended. Perfect location for the lift and clearly the place to be for lunch and après ski.

Amazing hotel. room was spacious, clean, bed was extremely comfy. Staff was top of the game as well the breakfast. The hotel restaurant (Au Tore) is in the podium of the entire 3 valleys.

The double room was too small with hardly any storage. It was not well designed.

I found the breakfast a bit overpriced for what you get. The price for parking is also very high, but we didn't have a problem finding a place around (I guess because it's not a high season).

The hotel is very nicely designed, with beautiful views. It has a nice spa with an indoor swimming pool and outdoor jacuzzis. Restaurant is also very good. We had a room with a jacuzzi on the terrace which was a great way to unwind and relax after outside activities. There are also yoga classes organised on the terrace. So, we really enjoyed our short stay and would definitely come again.

We were there during summer and there was no AC in the room. There is big construction site in front of the hotel that will be there for while that starts making noise from 7 am and it makes enjoying your morning coffee on the balcony impossible.

The property has a lovely cedar interior and smell to it. My suit was very comfortable with large balcony. Spa is excellent! Views are amazing! Gondola is across the hotel.

lack of communal areas- whilst there is one, the day we were largely snowed in, it was being used for a function and so we couldn’t use it!

Great location, luxury/quality feel, excellent food in Au Tore restaurant, superb leisure facilities. Comfortable beds, balcony in bedroom with beautiful views. Well managed & staff always smart & helpful.

my only criticism was some of the staff were a little bit rude at times. I think they just need some training on how to communicate with guests.

Due to school holidays the place was a little too busy and sometimes you would have to wait longer to get service.

Amazing hotel. Next to the ski lifts and sport hiring shops. Fantastic staff, great food, beautiful room with the view of the mountains. We really enjoyed the pool, sauna and jacuzzi after our ski.

Sometimes the service in the restaurant/bar was a little slow.

The food at both breakfast and dinner was amazing. a good variety of traditional and foreign cuisine. Spa was great after a days skiing. Bar was always busy with good ambience. Nicholas looked after us on the drinks front. the staff were all very friendly and extremely helpful.

it was wonderful time in this hotel! all staff were very kind and attentive! And how beautifully the dishes are served in the restaurant and a very tasty and varied breakfast! Near the restaurant is playing room for children, it is very comfortable when you sit in restaurant and your children are playing there! In this hotel feels like home! And they are very kind to dogs. The service is perfect and people who work there are perfect too!!! before our arrival they sent us all necessary information (about ski school, parking and others). The ski lift is right at the hotel, also a DJ is playing in the bar on the street closer to 5 pm and it's very cozy. we travel a lot, and this is first time when we so delighted with the staff! thank you so much for everything! we are glad to share with you our family trip

The rooms can be noisy. One of our rooms was on the first floor and above the restaurant, which was noisy in the evening and again from 05.00. The other room was on the second floor and less noisy, but too hot at night if the window wasn't kept open, but this introduced road noise. We had to use earplugs. If the heat was adjustable, it wasn't clear how this could be done. The restaurant was also very chaotic on two evenings with too many people. On one of these evening we had been given a table booking for 20.00 but we had to remain in the bar area before they were eventually able to seat us in the restaurant at 21.15. The staff were really good about the situation and did their very best to seat us as soon as they could. The food that night was also not of the same high quality as on previous nights. The restaurant is obviously very popular, and justifiably so, but its popularity is causing standards to fall.

The location could't have been better - so convenient for ski hire and the connecting lift to Les Menuires area. The staff were all wonderful, and unfailingly friendly and obliging. The special dinner on Christmas Eve was excellent. Great pool/spa area.

it gets very crowded in the evening, I think they let to many none guests in. I could never find a nice place to sit and it was a struggle to get a drink. I think they should have an area for guests only perhaps then it could solved this problem. Also some of the staff did not speak English well and did not admit it, so this resulted in wrong food coming in the restaurant, this was a little frustrating. A few little things as the property is new and no hotel is perfect I am sure it will be sorted.

beautiful, building well appointed rooms, great pool area, lovely restaurant, cool DJ for apres-ski. most of the staff were polite and helpful. we loved it defo going back.

i had difficulties getting to the shower tap itself due to the fixed screen. Also the shower didn’t have good enough settings to engage the rain or wall shower properly so I often had an unwanted drenching
