Perfect location, close to the ski lifts

All very good. If there was anything to comment on it would be nice to have a window in the children’s play area, but we did not spend much time there as there was enough to do elsewhere.

Wonderful light apartment with great view. Well equipped. Drying ski cupboard with ability to hang boots on air dryer much appreciated. Pool and spa sauna etc and children’s pool great. Central, close to ski lifts and free bus transfer. Parking underground excellent. The staff were helpful, friendly - nothing was too much trouble.

More atmosphere in the bar area - it was always empty so we went out instead but it looked like a nice place to sit. There was live piano music the night of the day we left which we would have checked out. Some of the breakfast bakes weren't very fresh and the bed wasn't the comfiest.

Room was lovely - we had a junior suite and the view of the mountains and down the valley was amazing. Spa was nice and great you don't have to pay extra. The ski lockers and parking facility were excellent and made it really convenient.

What we didn’t like is that the bathroom had no doors. It’s a bit difficult when you travel with friends or another couple to get a shower.

The hotel looks like new. Amazing views and very friendly staff. The spa is amazing and very clean. Ski lifts are very close to the hotel. You also have restaurants and shops right next door. I highly recommend this hotel.

For me breakfast was bad. The omelette was slimy, the coffee watery and not good, a lot of stuff had run out and nobody brought it. Breakfast worth 7-9 euros in my opinion. It's worth either lowering the price or improving it, because on the second day I preferred to go to the slope hungry than to give 20 euros for this thing.

The hotel was amazing, absolutely good choice. We had clean, big room, ski room, place is dog-friendly, you have 2 minutes to ski-lift or every 30 minutes bus to La Rosiere. 1 minutę far away you have restaurants, ski shops and you can also rent you equipment. We could stay till 12 AM so we profited for maximum from our weekend.

Attached restaurant which did an excellent dinner also does breakfast but that unfortunately was poor value.

Location. Virtually brand new. Very comfortable. Great views across the valley. Great spa facilities. Clean. Spacious. Car Parking. Excellent restaurant, not part of the hotel. Friendly staff.

Breakfast can’t be booked with the room but is available at €20 per person. Food options were limited and didn’t think the breakfast was worth the cost.

The rooms are spacious with beautiful views. Clean and very comfortable. The pool and spa facilities were great, perfect after a day skiing. Location was great with a free ski bus every 30 minutes from the hotel door. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Restaurant staff felt a bit inexperienced and it was slightly inconsistent whether or not we could charge our breakfast and meals to the room. Instead sometimes they asked us to pay at the restaurant when we just wanted to charge to room and head quickly out to the ski school or head upstairs to our room. But they were all otherwise very pleasant so just a very minor point of nitpicking. We did seem to have a more experienced person serving us dinner on the last evening, but he was only 2 days into his job!

Great facilities, just opposite the ski lift so you literally just walk out the front door and you are at the Les Eucherts square with the ESF office next to the ski lift. Not quite ski in ski out and only 1 min walk to the lift or to ski rentals. Great swimming pool and facilities, has a quiet games room with table football, and room was really nice. The staff tidied our room daily even arranging the kids’ many soft toys on their beds, which they found hilarious and appreciated.

We had a beautiful open valley view of the surrounding mountains, but the best views came with the main road being below our room so there was a little bit of road noise at night especially with the windows open. Nothing to do about that……….

Beautiful new facility. Rooms very spacious especially for European standards . Car park was easy to get bags up to room .

breakfast is non existent/ no value for money. at the rate of 20 eur p p you would expect a full buffet to be present. the current offering is worth no more than 7/8 eur p p.

only 1 toilet for the suite. there was no door on the master en-suite. we did not have enough coffee pods in the morning (2 for 4 people).

we loved the wellness centre and the location is brilliant. everything is new and the staff are very helpful. ski locker is fantastic. really comfortable for any length of stay.

our 2 bed apartment only had one toilet which was a real shame

It was really stylish and comfortable and the view from our room was incredible. The spa was great although did get busy. breakfast was delicious. great access to the slopes.
