Extremely comfortable stay - very new with great decor and facilities, very comfortable lounge area, particularly nice spa area and outdoor hot tub.

We visited in the summer and the room was very hot. However the fans provided were very good.

The only thing, it’s a small thing, aircon would be a bonus in the summer months, the room was warm even with the doors open, but that’s so small, it didn’t take away from the enjoyment of the stay.

It’s a 5* hotel masquerading as a 3*, it’s superb. Great location, fantastic bar area, great food, super staff who are really helpful and accommodating, comfy rooms, lovely showers, gorgeous views, so clean and really enjoyable to come back to after a day out hiking and cycling. The spa and pool looked incredible, we didn’t get time to try, but will 100% be back.

There were 2 families/friends that could not control their behaviour or their children's in the pool and public areas, no respect for others staying in the hotel - it did detract from the overall stay but it is in no way a reflection on the service/facilities or staff at the hotel - (some people are just ignorant!)

Great location in Morzine, short walk into town, relaxing, comfortable large room and exceptional shower! Breakfast is varied with options to suit everybody and the staff very accommodating and knowledgeable.

We loved it !!!! Excellent family hotel, with family management taken seriously. Professionalism and kindness without limits. It is with pleasure that these places are still found where the entire staff, without exception, is pleased to receive. Thanks!!! Reception, check in, check out, fast, simple and always friendly. Super professional and full-time cleaning of the hotel. Not even 5 Stars -) hotels Bar with loving and super attentive staff. Invite to stay... Restaurant, fabulous and also super well attended. Price quality more than fair. Parking in front of the Hotel. Place to wash the bicycles and garage with CCTV cameras. It is super central and close to everything. Thank you all!

Nothing at all!

Exceptional staff who went out of their way to help us and accomodate and special requests. Great breakfast in a very relaxed style and nothing was too much bother for any of the staff. The room was comfortable with a fantastic shower and a lovey balcony to the rear of the property with a distant mountian view. There is a lovey swimming pool jacuzzi sauna, pool table, kids play area and no doubt loads of other stuff that we didnt get an opportunity to see or use. We couldn't recommend this hotel highly enough and special mentions have to go to Jean and Thomas and the young guy on Recption who's name we unfortunatly didn't get.

The staff was extremely welcoming and helpful. They helped with a lot of little extra stuff. We could charge our electric car for free which has become rare even in 5 stars hotels. Breakfast was great. Décoration pays attention to détails and the play rooms for children are fantastic.

Amazing staff, super friendly. Room was nice, great view and excellent showers. Location was a short walk from the village and nice and quiet! We ate dinner one night at the hotel which was a treat! Pool area is stunning and outdoor jacuzzi, we were here in summer which was amazing, look forward to returning in winter. Thanks to John (maybe Jean) and team.

Changing area for pool could be better - with some benches and bigger lockers; quite awkward when there's a few people down there.

Staff were brilliant in both hotel and restaurant - dealt with my little boy's food allergies brilliantly. Hotel overall is really nice and the spa area is a nice bonus.

The hotel is very close to the center and has great facilities for children while those facilities do not interfere with the normal hotel business. Swimming pool sauna and play room are great! In addition the rooms are very nice and comfortable.
