Even though the hotel is non-smoking there was a problem with the guest in the room next to ours with her smoking. The hotel Coujd have been more aggressive in dealing with it as the smell came through our air-conditioning and it was most unpleasant.

Very pretty hotel in lovely location. Loved the balcony on our room and its outlook over the pretty Parisian street.

I am not small in stature, and I was somewhat concerned about the amount of space in the room and the tiny bathroom and WC. Although the space was arranged to optimize the area, it was uncomfortable.

A tranquil hotel in a great location relative to the city centre, with excellent connections to the train station—15 minutes by taxi or accessible by Metro. It's only 3-4 Metro stops to the centre. There are many restaurants around, and room service is also available. Excellent English-speaking staff—thank goodness, because English is not our first language either, and unfortunately, we don't know French. There are good breakfasts and a great selection of teas in the lobby and the rooms. It was hushed, and we felt very safe.

The toilet seat was broken and the television wasn't working.

The room was lovely and clean and as described. The breakfast was basic, but the lady who looked after it all was so lovely and friendly, and really sweet, she would put out more things if you asked.

The room was very small and hard to get cases unpacked on the limited floor space. The bed was comfortable to start but got painful after 4 or 5 hours. The shower settings were a bit tricky to navigate.

The staff were wonderful.. the room was tiny but it had bathrobes and toiletries including shower caps that other 4star hotels don’t supply.. super clean. I liked the separate toilet and bathroom and the wardrobe area.

-Air conditioning is not turned on in rooms/allowed until June so was kind of stuffy and warm but we managed.

The member of staff who checked us was not great… He stated that there was a bar (sort of!) where we could buy drinks. I ordered a gin and tonic. He poured the gin, then told me “we have water”. I explained that the drink needed tonic to which he said “oh yes, we have none”. When I said okay I won’t have the drink then (as 50% was missing!?!?) he stated “ok well that will still be €12…” I then had to walk to a shop at 11pm to go and buy tonic!?!?!? Then, we told him one evening our sink was blocked and he said “maybe you can just use your daughters instead” who was also travelling with us. I don’t normally review and certainly not individuals but it’s really poor service!

They have daily room service which is a find rare in France in general. Staffs are very helpful and supportive. The location is quite close to metro stations They have escalator which is very importantt!!!!!!!!

Toilet and bathroom are separated but no sink in the toilet room.

Clean and minutes ride to many major attractions. The staff were helpful and courteous. We had a minor problem with the electrical but Francheska and her colleague were quick to respond and resolved the issue immediately.

I really can't think of anything.

The hotel is about 5-10 min walk from 4 metro stops & a train station. Lots to see around here; stores, cafes, restaurants. The staff was superb & the cleaning staff was super nice as well. Bed was extremely comfy & the view was very pretty. For me as a light sleeper, the most important thing was the quietness of the area and room. You do hear the occasional door slamming but that ends by around 11 pm even on weekends.

Only the size of the room and some wear and tear in the hall and stairway (it’s just unfortunate and just a contrast to the updates room).

The staff was super super accommodating, friendly, and helpful. The rooms were very clean and comfortable - though important to mention small in size (bathroom and bedroom). Big balcony windows which opened completely, which was super nice. Subway right around the corner and gorgeous market on Saturday with fresh produce on Saturday. Thanks for a lovely stay!
