How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.

The room is super small, and so is the bathroom. There’s no AC, but there were a couple fans available. The street is quite noisy if you like to sleep with the windows open but that isn’t a problem if you close them. Also the walls are too thin and you can hear other guests in the corridor, and whenever they open the doors next to the room it sounded so close as if they were trying to open ours, that’s quite annoying.
The location is convenient, the bed is comfortable, and it’s a good option for short stays.

The bed (mattress) was uncomfortable, too stiff for my personal preference.
Prime location right next to Galeries Lafayette, 5 min to Opera Garnier (and CDG airport Roissy Bus), walking distance to Tuileries Gardens, Louvre, Palais Royal, perfect metro connections to any parts of the city. Unexpected and pleasant surprise was that my room was ready 3 hours prior official check-in. Nice touch was two complimentary water bottles and cookies on arrival. Pillows were comfy and I liked the toiletries.

Fire alarm system at night and in the evening...
Very good location ,convenient transport -3 min walk to Opera where stops shuttle buses to CDG airport and Villepinte Expo Centre .Rooms/bathroom very small but convenient bed and very clean.

The entry to the garage and parking spots are complicated and one had to drive away, and when leaving drive ( quite far because of one-way traffic) to give back the key. My 2 different navigation systems could not find the address and hotel and when asking no-one in the street knew the hotel, as it has changed from Hotel Welcome to Hotel Cargo, in name, I later found out. Internet was bad in my room, They try to resolve this, but I think that was the placement of the room, as outside the hotel I had a better hotel internet then in the room. And the managing of tempreture in the room was only possible with opening the windows...
I liked the extreem friendly staff. The bed was comfortable and I liked thatthe hotel has high quality NUXE products in the bathroom.

No tea/coffee in the room. No minibar and no kettle/water. When we arrived at 14 the room was not ready, whereas it was a check in time. The staff is not so welcoming , storage of the bag costs 5 euros - never saw this attitude and not so happy with it.

Low Ceiling, I am tall and couldn't fit in the shower(will be OK for normal people though). Breakfast was ok

Room a bit small, and not enough space in bathroom for toiletries, but we managed well.
The room was clean. The location is excellent. They offer a breakfast for E15. The staff is very friendly. Close to a supermarket and Eastern food restaurants. BAkery with good coffee is 50m away.

He turned down service missed a " very soiled"towel hanging on the back of the door in the bathroom. The rest of the room and was adequately clean though.
Comfortable bed, close proximity to the airport bus.

I will be using the hotel again next time but conditioned - not room 51 at all.
I use Antin Trinité long time ago, I like the hotel, the staff and the location. Unfortunately room no 51 was not good. The floor of the room was not leveled and of course the bed was not too. Feeling at night that I will feel down from the bed.
