Beautiful location. Right at the old city but the rooms are still quiet. The staff is very friendly. The rooms are very comfortable and the showers nice and hot. We could not have asked a more pleasant stay.

The studio was roomy with enough space for our family of 3. Recently redecorated. Balcony looking over the courtyard. Kitchenette was useful. Very welcoming and well equipped. Staff very friendly. Really well situated fir old town.

We were staying in room number 5, on the first floor, right above a bar where the clients were talking to late in the night, and starting early in the morning. One could hear the talking but for one night stay it was not a huge problem.

Great location in the edge of the old town, easy to walk everywhere. Very well furnished, completely new bathroom, extremely smooth and kind check-in and reception.

The balcony is a nice addition but it just looks over a "courtyard"- nothing fancy- just good info to have. The property is on the high side for price. And just to know, the desk is not staffed- but you can reach them anytime- just good info to have. Very easy to get to airport.

The location is great if you want to be near Old Nice. Easy to locate trams and get to train stations. The room is good size and fairly clean. The staff were very nice and helpful. The main door is locked and the area is very safe. The bed is comfy and the sofa bed was decent. All you had to do was ask for more towels if needed. Tons of great resturants close by!

Checking in to the hotel was extremely easy, even as we arrived late. The staff was extremely nice the following morning, and very helpful with providing some directions for getting around.

It was very warm in the room and the airco wasn’t working. We had to sleep with the balcony door open. It was also a little noisy when people would walk around in their room or the hall early in the morning.

Location was perfect. Just in the old town but easy to walk to the centre too or the train station. Room was big and comfortable with a good small kitchen to make coffee in the morning. Julien (the host) was a great help and super friendly.

The hosts were very nice and helpful. Both hosts we talked to readily provided advice on what to visit in Nice and nearby, where to eat etc, in addition to accomodation-related issues. The room was nice and cosy, very clean. I recommend with no hesitation.

We rented the small studio and it was very comfortable for a short stay. The room had everything we needed. It was very clean and quiet too. The bed was comfortable, the small kitchen was perfect for making coffe in the morning. There's a nice bakery just around the corner that's perfect for nice breakfast. The team is wonderful and responsive. It was great!
