Only recommendation will be to add a WiFi extender so it works better in the bedroom area.

Apartment is great, host was very punctual to deliver the keys, welcoming and gave us good information at check in. Place was clean, smell very good, had everything needed for a cooking and prepare coffee/tea. Location is convenient for a short stay, right in the city centre, Main Street, but the apartment is quiet.

A tastefully decorated apartment in a fantastic location. The apartment was spacious, spotlessly clean and very well equipped. The bed was extremely comfortable and apartment was very quiet. Virginie was a perfect host . Highly recommended .

Absolutely wonderful apartment, amazing location - you can walk everywhere from the apartment. Bed is super confortable, Virginie was always super helpful, the apartment has a lot of space and style. Absolutely loved it and would come back anytime.

Extraction fan in kitchen wall makes a low hum and can't be turned off. The water container of the coffee machine needed attention - either cleaning or upgrading. It wouldn't work well if you needed parking whilst staying there.

It was sumptuous. Attention to detail meant it was comfortable. It was really unusual as it was above a shop in the arches of the historic quarter and there were a few doors, corridors and locks to pass through to reach it once you turned off the shopping street and disappeared through a metal door with a plaque saying "5" above it. It had nice shops all around and was near port and station.

Fantastic apartment right in the beating heart of La Rochelle. But we didn’t hear any noise which is amazing. Virginie is a great host with excellent communication and lots of little extras in the apartment so it feels like home. Comfy bed, great shower, spacious living area. Awesome value 10/10

The apartment is right in the middle of the city centre which means everything is within walking distance. There is a very spacious living area with all necessary facilities. The large bedroom is up a few steps and has an en-suite and clothes washing machine. The bed is very comfortable. I forgot the adapter for charging my phone. I contacted Virginie on my first evening, in a panic because I was nearly out of battery. She was out at the time and went over and above the call of duty to bring one to me. She let me borrow it for the whole of my stay, which was very kind of her. Any issues I had were resolved very quickly and in a very friendly manner.

Location was fantastic, secure and very quiet. The facilities in the apartment were excellent. The decor was beautiful and tasteful. The owner Virginie, was very kind and helpful. We loved it! Highly recommended. We hope to return again soon!

Tastefully decorated mix of retro and contemporary furniture and ultra modern appliances. The apartment is perfectly situated in the heart of La Rochelle , only a short walk to numerous restaurants shops and the popular port area.
