The appartment could use a bit of a fresh up of point. But further just a easy nice apartment.

It was a great starting place for our trip down at the beach. Great value for the money.

Everything worked really well here. From the very friendly and helpful check-in team to a wonderful modern suite that leaves nothing to be desired. From the payment by credit card to the refund of the deposit, everything went professionally. From the balcony with a fantastic sea view to the small supermarket on the other side of the street and easy parking facilities.

The balcony you get is not the one in the pictures. It's like half the size and doesn't have proper chairs. The view is still great.

Amazing host, showing you the best route to Monaco. This can easily be done by foot. He also has restaurant recommendations. Parking is just in front, you have to pay but not much (around 10 euros per day). The place is clean, has airconditioning and the bed is great. The dog was very welcome.

There is really nothing to dislike about this place.

We liked the high location of the property, giving us a good walk especially 'back home'. The public parking and little supermarket just across the street was very conveniant. The swimming pool offered a nice post beach and post walk back home cool down. A big thanks to our host who was always very helpful and only a text message or phone call away.

We did not find a pan for crepes in the kitchen. Otherwise everything was good

The fully air conditioned apartment was very clean and had a nice balcony with a beautiful sea view of the Monaco harbor, the casino and the old town of Monte-Carlo. The suite had a bedroom with comfortable bed and great view of monaco and the sea, a bathroom with bathtub, a private kitchen and next door there is a supermarket .safe public parking was right around the building sufficient and easy to find. in the building there is a laundry room with washing machine and dryer. thank you for the great stay we will be happy to come again to the same suite to monaco

After more than a month of trying to contact the host and constant lying that all is ok they still didn’t reimburse my 250€ which says is after 14 days so be careful the host is Bastian Very sorry that I need to write like this but it’s not professional and very time consuming to chase your own money

They will take your deposit of € 300 and find an excuse to keep it ! The property was left in immaculate condition, clean, tidy and nothing was damaged. The owner will keep the deposit and not reply to you! My calls and messages have been completely ignored……not one reply NOW HE HAS JUST BLOCKED ME It looks like he has done this 3 times already, me in January and twice in February with other guests.

!! WARNING !! THE OWNER WILL ASK FOR 300 DEPOSIT AND WILL KEEP IT WITHOUT EXPLAINING THE REASON They took a deposit of €300 and after 14 days refused to give it back. If you look at the reviews from this month they have done this to 2 other guests. He ignored my calls and blocked me, taking my deposit money without giving it back to me or giving me ANY explanation.
