The extra bed (both options) was not so comfortable. The room was in the ground floor and the curtains had to be closed all the time, since the white ones were transparent. When we arrive there was no one at the reception, we called the number on the sign but no one answered. We came back 30 minutes later to the same situation. After a few minutes someone came, and didn’t even felt like he needs to apologize. The check out time is 10:00, the earliest I ever had.

Bedroom is far from the bathroom Shower not very comfortable because the shower glass door is not long enough to keep water from wetting the floor. The C-2 apartment was a bit dark and windows faced a walking path so you don’t have privacy if you open your curtains.

Couldn't fault the accommodation.

Plenty of room within chalet, excellent views from outside seating area. All rooms more than adequate for the 10 person group we had. Good to see they also have chalets for different party size.

This apart was excellent. The lady at the reception was friendly and very helpful, she pointed out beautiful coffee shops where we enjoyed delicious croissants! Everything you need is this small apartments, fridge, wash dishes, cutleries, etc. the room was spotless and I was surprised about how new everything looked. Overall, a great stayed and we’ll probably be back.

This apartment is very clean and newly decorated with a large and bright interior! There is a great living room and fully functional kitchen! The apartment is in a great location, super close to the Chamonix Süd bus terminal! Direct access to any snow park! There is a snow rental place 3 minutes walk away! The apartment also comes with an oversized underground parking lot! Overall, everything is new and nice! It was very cozy to stay! Very welcoming and thoughtful receptionist also helps us a lot! She makes our stay perfect! :)

It was pricy for 4 nights but I loved the apartment and the staff.

I loved the location. Close enough into center of town and bus stops are just around the corner. Even better for the location of Flix and Blabla - that is where they pick you up 250m away. It was perfect.

Great location. Very short walk to the main bus terminal and excellent restaurants within a short walking distance. Grocery store was very close as well. Beds were very comfortable and bathrooms modern with a nice shower and towel warmers. Ski storage area was very nice with boot dryers. My teenage boys liked the video arcade game in the apartment and the kitchen had a nice long table for all 9 of us to sit around and eat and play games. The staff at the reception was very helpful in navigating the bus and answering questions.

I would say the mezzanine bed was cool, but was a little low so hard to sit up in. And the corner which sticks out in the middle of the room is quite hazardous, we both hit our head when getting up off the sofa, perhaps just having the bed there rather than both would be safer? A lovely design, but does need more height to accommodate comfortably.

The space was beautifully designed, with everything you needed. A great kitchen, also use of a shower and storage on the day of departure after check out. The most impressive part was Arla who was so kind and considerate, she was lovely to chat to and always really helpful. She is a real gem and adds the most value to this accommodation. A wonderful human being.

Slightly out of the way location, reception closes at 7pm.

Very clean, very well equipped, has everything you need whether you are on a ski trip or a work break. Wifi is good and so are facilities. Left luggage, changing and showers if you are departing on a late flight.
