No staff available at check in. Luckily another guest explained how we could find our keys. The room was very noisy and the beds uncomfortable. One bed apartment only had a curtain between the bedroom and living area (which was tiny).

The mattrasses are gliding easily on the bed. A larger pot ( eg. for Spaghetti ) would be good.

If you have to be close to the airport, it is a good place. The parking is in front of the hotel. ( gated ). The kitchen is small, but sufficient. Thanks to the noise protection you forget, that the airport is very close. The tram stop is 10 min away in walking distance. ( to the terminal and the center of Bordeaux )

The food I ordered was not good, it is a shame because I liked the idea of being able to heat and eat food in the room, but the bowl of vegetable soup I had was not pleasant to eat. Better food options including vegan options would make a nicer experience. I went to bed quite hungry.

The location was perfect to easily get to the airport after experiencing a flight cancellation. The room was spacious for 1 person and the rooms facilities were very good. I particularly enjoyed the bath and I appreciated the cleanliness of all the rooms.

After showering, the bath was rather slippery and a grab handle would have been appreciated. It was a bit further to the tram stop than anticipated but the route was well lit.

The apartment offered was good value for money and more than met our needs. There was also secure car parking.

it's ok if you want to stay close to the airport. By tram it's take like 40-50 minutes to get to the city

My wife did not like walking around the business park on her own during the late evening to reach the hotel. It was very poorly sign posted. She had to ask two people along the way. The main difficulty was that it has a massive security gate about 100m from the entrance. She did not have smart phone. There was no entry code provided on her booking confirmation. She pushed both call buttons but no response. She had to wait outside for 25 minutes as it was just getting dark. She only got into the grounds after some workmen turn up who were staying in the hotel and they let her in with their key code. You need to give customers the code before they arrive at the gate. The receptionist was not at her desk. When she mention the fact that she could not get into the grounds of the hotel there was no interest from the mornng receptionist.

Nearly got locked in the pool bar area! Would have appreciated an outside area to relax having had a hot tiring journey there. But this is a very small niggle.

Good location for airport if you have hire car/own car aa very short drive or no luggage and can walk 20 easy mins. Taxis charge flat fee of 20 euro. Comfortable, clean rooms and nice pool.

Property isn't close to anything including places to get food so I had to get it delivered. As a solo female traveller, walking 1.5km at 4.30 in the morning wasn't super appealing so I got a bolt to the airport too. Paying for food delivery and the bolt meant it worked out more expensive than I wanted it to

Beds were not at all comfortable.

Location is very convenient for the airport - less than five minutes drive and probably walkable in about 20 minutes. The pool is a great asset on a hot sunny day, and it was very welcome when we arrived in the middle of an orange weather warning for extreme heat. Staff were helpful and booked us transport to get to the airport (at 3.40am) in time for our early flight. (Cost was €20 , 3 passengers and one big bag, which I thought high for a very short drive ) There are also several restaurants within 20 minutes walk of the apartments. Reasonably good air conditioning in the apartment, unfortunately it wasn't as cold as I'd like as the window wouldn't shut fully. Most basics required were supplied, but only one towel was left for the three of us - I could probably have asked for more, but we had towels with us, so we managed.

Simple, essential but functional in everything. Excellent solution for a traveller by car, great value for money. Recharging BEV possible and included in the cost (card tombe asked at reception). I was assigned a mini-apartment suitable for disabled people, with kichenette. Staffa available till 23 (late arrivals possible, preventing the hotel)
