We had a spacefull apartment with a large bathroom and a kitchen, the staff was absolutely helpfull with all our questions and requests,, ready to give also an early check-in. The breakfast was also very good, with a wide choice of salty and sweet meals. Just few steps from a metro station.

Noisy couch in living room, any even small movement in the night resulted sound of springs.

Great location, 100m from metro No. 13. Big supermarket next to the place. Also police station nearby. We felt safe all the time. High quality and friendly service, open for any of our questions and requests. Very good breakfasts, wide selection of food. Special thanks to Fetta - very helpful, taking full responsibility for breakfast service. Hot madeleines are so tasteful! Very nice place, clean, comfortable. In bedroom very comfortable bed.

The hotel A/C was not yet set to air conditioning it was still on heat setting.Centrally controlled So had to open the balcony door to cool the apartment.

The location was perfect, the accommodation was even better and exceeded our expectations. The small kitchenette is a plus for anyone who prefers to eat in or for tea and coffee. It is perfect if you’re traveling with an elderly person. The staff were extremely pleasant and the breakfast was great.

I arrived suffering from food poisoning and the staff were so helpful. They directed us to the Pharmacy and were even able to check us in early so that I could rest. Our entire stay was perfect.

The location is a bit far from city center. 25 mins by metro. Though the metro station is just 2 minutes away. Quit and safe neighborhood. 2 Supermarkets just around the building. The staff are very helpful and friendly specially Ahmed. The rooms are quit spacious for the value of money” family Studio”. For a family vacation its quit an excellent choice.

The bathroom could be better. The shower wasn't great, it was one of those bathtubs that also have a shower faucet and a movable screen. Also, the toilet cover wasn't properly fitted and there aren't enough shelves to put stuff on

What I used is essentially a room with a kitchenette that you can use to cook (nearly) anything you can think of. The bed was comfortable, the location is alright and the area seems residential and quiet. The wifi was fast and reliable.

The kitchen equipment was fairly basic and the building is on quite a busy road so quite noisy, but that’s only to be expected really in a big city.

Comfortable, convenient and spacious apartment in a really good location in Paris. The metro station and plenty of shops, cafes and restaurants very near by. We had booked for parking and that was all good. We were able to pull up outside while we went into reception to pick up the remote for the gates and the parking was secure.

The apartment is in a fantastic location, which allowed me to get into Paris attractions either by Uber or Metro. It was easy to get around Paris. What made my stay was the fantastic staff! The staff were so friendly and helpful but not intrusive. The apartment had everything we needed. 10 out of 10 would highly recommend staying here, and I plan to go back again! Lift access, which was very beneficial and great if you had difficulty with walking up/down stairs. It's is also close by to several supermarkets. Good if you are on a budget and everything you need if you forget anything.

Spacious room with little kitchen. The towels the apartment and bed sheets were all sparkling clean. We had a nice little balcony and the staff were all nice and welcoming. The neighborhood is pretty quiet where you get to rest and sleep at night. It’s 20 min away from tour Eiffel by Uber, there is super market in the same building where you can buy all your groceries. The receptionists Ahmed and his colleagues were exceptionally amazing. I would definitely come back again.
