Beautiful view (the photos really don’t do it justice) and sun terrace meant we got the morning sun and the sunsets. The interior of the property was also lovely making the most of the space with all the mirrors meaning you could see the view from every angle.

The ac never quiet cooked the place down which made it hard to rest well. We didn’t realize that having a car in this area would make a huge difference, so there was a big learning curve of how to navigate the streets by foot with no sidewalks and steep hills.

The view was amazing! Having a kitchen was very useful to us. The beach in this area was so wonderful.

The view from the balcony of the apartment is very beautiful and the facilities in the apartment are perfect. The most important thing is that the beautiful host is very nice and helped us a lot! This was a excellent experience of our travels!

The only thing I could possibly fault is that there was no air-conditioning (that we could find). We just left the doors open for a bit but then a few mosquitoes came in. It wasn't much of an issue as we were there in October, but I can imagine in the middle of summer it may be too hot.

The apartment was well equipped and had a luxurious feel. The views were stunning so we spent alot of time on the balcony. The owner was very pleasant and helpful.

it is a bit over furnished for a small apartment, small bath, large bulky furniture is unnecessary.

ten minute walk to Eze. exceptional view from spacious deck. easy gated entrance with guard most of the day. free parking. nearby is bus service into Monte Carlo. well equipped kitchen, quality furnishing and finishes. well managed by offsite owner who provides very good communication

The equipment on the terrace needs some visual repairs, I felt a little uncomfortable using it. While sitting on the balcony you can hear cars from the road, but the sleeping room is well protected from the noise.

Pictures show it all. Me and my wife had a few great days there. Apartment is inside some kind of an apartment complex, parking was organized. It is in a walking distance to Eze village, with a great view from the balcony to Eze and on the coast. I thanks Suzana helping me finding a location and to welcome us coming in the evening. Take care about navigation; entry to the complex is through the big gate from the main street but navigation could guide you to the street behind the complex. Having more time I would easily spent few days more in the apartment, relaxing on the terrace and discovering surrounding villages and cousin.

I really don't have negatives, I consider this one of my best rental experiences and bargains yet. Don't know prime season prices but it was perfect and incredibly affordable in early May.

I only booked one night as my wife and I were transiting the area and wanted to stop to spend a little time in historic Village of Eze. Wow, I wish I had more time and more nights as this unit deserves to be a vacation stop of it's own. The balcony is far bigger then I expected and wraps on 2 sides of the unit. The views are spectacular and include a fantastic view of Eze from the very next hilltop. 5 minute drive to Historic Eze Village. Honestly, I could have spent days just relaxing on the balcony watching the view or swimming in the pool. Will recommend to all of my friends and hope to come back to stay here for a relaxing vacation.

The apartment is on the top floor with sun from sunrise to sunset. The view is amazing, overlooking the Mediteranian Sea and Eze. The owner Suzana is the perfect host! We will come back.

The SEA VIEW is 180 degree, it is incredibly beautiful! You can see medieval èze, green nature, and all the seashore from this point. We are in January, but my husband and I managed to spend all day on the large terrace enjoying the sun till the dreamy sunset. Suzana is an amazing host, she's friendly, helpful, and very elegant. The apartment was very clean, it has nice marble finishes and mirrors which give the feeling of a high end hotel. The bathtub is a nice relaxing feature for the evening. We cooked our own food, the kitchen is fully equipped. We would come back for sure!

The house was really spacious and well equipped with all amenities. It is located at a short distance from Eze village with balcony overlooking the Mediterranean and the Eze village. The check-in was seamless. Suzana is a great host and responds promptly to any requests. We had a lovely Christmas in there.

I was so surprised with this place! The view is amazing. A huge balcony where we can see the ocean and the village of Èze. The appartment is well decorated, beautifull and super clean. Walking distance to town with a nice view as well. Suzana is such a sweet host!

We were in transit so we stopped here for one night. we arrived very late however, the host waited for us and our furry friends. needles to say that she was very welcoming and accommodating. Also, the apartment had some useful things in the kitchen to cook a late dinner. The view from the terrace is spectacular, too bad our visit was short.
