Only minor thing was lack of a washing machine but we knew that when we booked so not a problem.

Fantastic location, close to the centre of town. Lovely terrace area providing outdoor space to relax. Spacious apartment, modern well equipped kitchen and bathroom. Comfortable bedroom and lounge. Quiet road, slept well every night. Great host. Monoprix at the end of the road.

There is absolutely nothing to dislike.

We stayed in the apartment called Bartholdi (there are other apartments in the building). The apartment is extremely spacious, spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The kitchen is extremely well equipped with absolutely everything you might need and more besides and the bathroom is beautifully modern. Although the bedroom faced the road there was no noise at night or early in the morning. We were met by Marie Jose who gave us an extremely warm welcome, explained everything about the apartment and gave us lots of information about what to do and visit in the area. Being right in the centre of town the location is perfect and there is a Monoprix which had a big supermarket just at the end of the road so perfect for self catering. The apartment is so lovely we wanted to eat in! There is a car park within walking distance to the apartment but knowing that we were a few minutes away Marie Jose saved us a parking space right outside the apartment. As you do not pay parking overnight, parking was a very reasonable cost and you can pay by card (or there is an app). We had booked for two nights but wished we had booked for longer. We were on a road trip and Colmar was just part of our route but would make a great holiday destination with lots to see in the area.

The only thing - it has no private parking, just a few paid lots nearby. We were double lucky - we happened to find a site right near the gate and most of our stay was free of charge Sunday. The entry is not marked very well -it’s deeper in the gateway near the shop with clothes

Very well located right in the centre of Colmar, next to all attractions. A lot of space, modern equipment, everything well explained. Nice terrace though inside the yard.

Appartement Bartholdi was our home for exploring the wonderful Colmar and its surroundings. The apartment is perfectly located for visiting the city on foot and proper also for four people, very comfortable and well organized sofa bed. The roof terrace is a real treat. Marie is an attentive and precise hostess, she will not miss anything and you will have all the informations to explore the wonderful Alsace. The bottle of excellent Gewutztraminer found fresh for our arrival was also very appreciate. Thank you Marie and thank you Casa Bartholdi for a wonderful holiday!

The ceiling is very thin so we heard any little noice that the neighbor did. This is the only disadvantage of this place, so if you can ignore it, the apartment is perfect.

The wifi didnt alow to make video call over whatsapp. Maybe the security level of the firewall need to be revised.

We enjoy the stay in colmar. The location is great and you have access by car. The host gave us a lot of tips. Thanks a lot. We are thinking to come back again.

We didn't like the fact that at night it got really cold and the heating didn't work overnight. One night we didn't have hot water, because the heating system wasn't working. The loom area has no heating, so that part of the apartment is very cold.

The placement, because it is in the city centre, the flat is big, very clean and comfortable. The facilities are very good, there are even a dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster. The staff was very friendly and nice, she told us a lot about the city history and all the surroundings, she was so nice that she tried to help us with our transfer to the airport, as there was no train service at the time of our flight back home.
