Sometimes Anne took a bit of time to respond to questions but her daughter Emmy was always quick to respond and very helpful.

This apartment was AMAZING. When I first saw the photos and read the reviews of this apartment, I thought it seemed too good to be true and a small part of me thought this might be a scam. But Anne and her daughter went above and beyond my expectations, this is genuinely a hidden gem in the middle of Vieux Lyon. We arrived very late the first night and Anne's daughter Emmy made sure we managed to get into the apartment safely (she was supposed to meet us at the apartment but we arrived very late so she left the key in a safe space). The apartment is so spacious and clean, a perfect spot to stay for the long weekend. As it was the fete de lumieres, the streets were packed and lively. We enjoyed being near all the festivities but at the same time having an easy place to return to if we were tired. On the day we were to check-out, Anne kindly allowed us to leave our luggage in the apartment so we could continue to enjoy the city before our flight. She was extremely kind and generous, I would happily stay here again!

It's a bit noisy at night as it is on one of the main tourist streets, but that's part of choosing to be in the centre of things, so it's not a complaint just "for information"

The flat is perfectly situated in Vieux Lyon, it's elegant and very comfortable and Anne was thoughtful and super helpful. I will return!

It was a little noisy in the morning but if you close the windows then the noise is reduced significantly.

The location was spot on, the apartment was easy to find and extremely comfortable and spacious. You can spend time in the apartment and chill and use it as a base.

As the location is in a pedestrian area some information of how to get there by cab or public transportation would help a lot. Especially as it is not easy to find a taxi in Lyon - not even at the TGV train station where the area is under construction. During high season the street beneath the apartment will be packed with visitors.

The apartment, located in the heart of the old city of Lyon, is spacious and tastefully furnished. It is in a typical and truly old building and keeps the charm of the old but has been modernized with highest standards of taste and quality in every detail.

All is perfect! Nothing to complain about.

Very cosy and comfortable apartment in perfect location to get the best of the town. Absolutely recommended! The apartment is in an ancient building and offers an admirable combination of old/authentic features and modern furniture. It is quite large (for 2 persons and a dog, in our case), well split among kitchen, living room and bedroom. The apartment is clean, worm (we visited in December), well kept and fitted with all you may need during your journey. The location is in a historic area of the town, perfect to easily reach also all other touristic sights and more in general to explore the best areas of Lyon. Our host, Mrs Anne, was lovely to us. She was happy to meet all our needs and requests. We felt really welcomed and are looking forward to return.
