Nothing we didn’t like Just a heads up, the stairs are steep and narrow on the way to the room. You just need to turn on the light and walk slow

The hats were so friendly and helpful… And also shared many tips for nearby restaurants and shopping. The apartment was charming and perfectly situated for us… Easy access to the metro and all other places in Paris we wanted to visit.

The cooking facilities consisted of two induction burners. There was one small pot, not large enough to make spaghetti for one person . It is on a third floor and there is no elevator

Beautifull apartment in a great location. The apartment was light and fresh and decorated beautifully and felt very authentic for the area. As mentioned by other reviews there is a wonderful cafe around the corner plus a lot of great restaurants nice and close.

Mattress is maybe too firm: I think a quality mattress topper on the double bed will fix the firm/ hardness

Apartment was great and clean, kitchen en badroom good!. Everything was there, good dinner table, tv, sofa, dishwasher, washing machine, all great etc. Location good! Clean and a quiet environment/ building.

The hairdryer is very tired. Extra blanket and a better corkscrew would've been nice

The location is great - it is a very nice neighbourhood, there's a metro station nearby, shops, good brasseries. It's ~ 20 min walk to Notre Dame and ~10 to Pompidou Centre. Kitchen had everything we needed. The bed is big and comfortable. We had 0 problems with this apartment.

There where small things: toilette seat was semi broken or just not fixed good, some ants in the toilette, but good that there was BIO spray. No free sport chanel on TV!

Good location, near the oldest house in the city (r d Montmoroncy 51), 800m from point 0! Big space! Clean rooms! Nice appartement with everything you need. Kitchen well equipped with everything! Boulangerie and supermarket G20 nearby, lots of restaurants! Nice host!

There was no dryer available after washing the clothes, though the clothes coming out of the washing machine are mostly damped and will need hanging to dry. The elevator is too small to fit 2 persons with their carry on bags. Though its a good exercise to walk up and down the stairs.

The location is conveniently located and near the metro and bus station. There are also several restaurants around the area serving good food. Its only 15 minutes away going to Gare du Nord flying back to London.

More space, but overall it was fine. Bedroom and bathroom were tight spaces, but not a problem at all.

Great location, easy walking access to Metro and various parts of the city. Great boulangerie and fromagerie on the street as well as a couple of excellent markets. Fun local cafe around the corner too (Les Chartrons) Ernest & Valentin around the corner also excellent.

There was a constant sound of water running. I could figure out the source but closing the bathroom door helped.

The apartment was pretty much as described. It is a little difficult to figure out which pictures go with which place but after a bit of detective work you can determine the one you are interested in booking. It was a bit small, but hey it's Europe so I was expecting as much. The place is efficient for sure (two burners and a 'dorm' size refrigerator. Not a lot of outlets so finding a place to plug in took a little work.

Excellent location. Very clean apartment with everything you need. Only thing is the stairs up to the apartment are a bit old and wobbly so need to take care when going up them especially at night.

The location of the property was excellent. The Boulangerie (2 doors down) was great every morning for croissants and coffee. The restaurants close by were excellent. The apartment was very clean with everything you need, surprisingly spacious for such a central location.

The shower stall is small. Twin beds could have been firmer. The sleeping loft was much warmer than the lower half of the apartment.

Really a great location as a base (are many within walking distance -10 to 20 minutes -places to eat, shop, get coffee, supermarket)or as a travel point to rest of Paris. The apartment was enough room for 3 adults (18, 19 yo olds and the parent). We did not feel crowded. Area is very safe. No safety concerns even late at night.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at appartement Vertus, it is in a great location with easy access to metro but also very walkable to many sites. The appartement is very comfortable and quite spacious, it is extremely quiet. The host Eric is very nice and quick to answer to any questions. We would definitely stay here again. And recommend it to our friends
