Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

NorwayVery nice apartment. Newly renovated, delicate furniture. We have visited many apartments in the costa plana residence before and this is one of the best. Comfortable bed, Nice kitchen with all the necessary equipment. We really enjoyed our morning coffee on the terrace with the excellent view of Cap d'Ail and the Mediterranean sea. Very nice to have the parking in the basement and access to the Costa Plana pool area

SwitzerlandThe communication inbetween booking - myself and the host was extremly to much. Via whatsapp and mail x communication for the arrival time. I would like to make vacations and not conversations with different parts. It was a bit sad to see the pool area with the closed bar. We know it also with the bar in service.

United KingdomUnfortunately there was a lot of stairs to climb too our apartment so would not suit the older person or someone who is unsteady on there feet. none the less it was a fantastic apartment.
The location was excellent the apartments were kept clean and tidy the swimming pool was superb and was to a very clean standard the beds around the pool were plentiful and no noise. The security of the apartments were excellent and considering it was F1 weekend and the European Cup Final there were no rowdies staying at the apartments and no late parties. I would recommend this apartment to family and friends.

UkraineThe parking lot is a rather difficult drive uphill to the second level, a narrow opening between concrete pillars when turning to enter the parking lot at the top of the mountain, very uneven road surface at the entrance. When entering the parking on the second level I seriously hit my car against a concrete pillar, so as not to hit the car standing at the top at the entrance and preventing entry. Parking in the parking lot on a slope. Cars and motorcycles very often are parked in front of the entrance to the parking lot, which prevents entry into the parking lot. As it turned out, the company Do and Go is responsible for welcoming guests in these apartments. They were supposed to meet us, but they didn’t meet us without waiting even 5 minutes. All other guests were met by the owners and escorted, because the entrance to the parking lot is very inconvenient and, I would say, dangerous. Do and Go acted irresponsibly. I will never contact them. The apartment and parking are located on a cliff. The beach is about a 30-minute walk along fairly vertical stairs and roads with fairly busy traffic; it will be very difficult for people without physical training to go up and down, and for those without training or for people who have difficulty walking, it is probably completely unrealistic. From the parking lot you need to go up the stairs to the elevator, take the elevator to the second floor, and from there only walk up the stairs. If you compare by floor, you need to go up 4 floors of stairs. The apartment has a bed and a folding sofa. We pulled out the sofa because the bed would be cramped for two people.
Beautiful panoramic view from the balcony on the city and the sea, the balcony is spacious and comfortable, the apartment has everything you need, a comfortable bar counter, large refrigerator, dishwasher and washing machine, air conditioning, good shower Below is an excellent and picturesque beach.

SwedenThere are much more flight of stairs than mentioned even after taking elevator, much worse the elevator didnt work for one full day. Bathroom was stinking a lot. I wished for more comfortable pillows (that's my personal thing). Check out time is 10 am, very inconvenient compares to most other locations that offer check out at noon
Location was good, the host was very responsive and helpful. All facilities and equipments are provided for a good and comfortable stay.

IsraelThe flat location is close to Monaco and it is good, but it was very disappointing to find out upon our arrival that the elevator did not reach the flat and we had to climb over a lot a lot a lot of stairs with our luggage in order to get to the flat. The owner did not reveal the full information regarding this aspect when he advertised the flat and it was too late to cancel the booking at that stage upon our arrival
The view is nice, but all the other is very poor
