Ski locker is in the other basement, but if that is the only thing we had to complain about, then that is pretty fabulous.

Instructions from Fabrice were very clear and concise. Underground parking is super handy, but compact. Location is brilliant (we have been to Chamonix many times & here is right where you want to be!). Apartment is very clean, well maintained, well thought out. We would definitely stay here again.

No information in the apartment about how to use appliances (apparently was missing - would suggest laminated copy in French and English fixed to wall) could not find where to take rubbish at end of stay so a basic map would be helpful

Wonderful location close to bus and train stations and village shops and restaurants. Large clean and spacious, with fully equipped kitchen. Really liked doors to balconies from bedrooms and living rooms for views of mountains from both sides of the apartment

No showstoppers but one or two minor amenities did not work— I have alerted the manager and based on the high level of customer service, I would stay here again.

1. Great location in town centre. 2. Three minute walk to Chamonix Centre bus stop. Six minute walk to Aiguille du Midi base. Four minute bus to Planpraz base. 3. Garage parking that could fit an SUV. 4. Clean and well maintained.

Nothing to complain about. All was good.

The location was central with great access to Chamonix nightlife, but still very accessible with regards to the ski slopes. The kitchen was well eqipped for our purposes and the lounge was spaceous. The beds were comgortable and most important, the apartment was clean. Also worth mention was the great and timely communication with our host. Excelent!

Location was perfect, very central in Chamonix, apartment was comfortable, well appointed and has a parking space. The shower was excellent, great water pressure.

Looking for the bins and having to take them out. We had a lot of bags with us and it took us a long time to actually find the bins. I think if a cleaner is coming in after they should take bins out

Instructions in the apartment for some of the appliances would be helpful. It was a little confusing to find the garbage cans outside to dispose of our garbage....which were across the street. Hand towels in bathroom please;)

Location was excellent. Apartment was very comfortable. Beds were comfortable. It was very nice to have a second half bath room. View was beautiful. It was quiet. Host was very responsive; Helpful to have a washing machine with laundry detergent. It was wonderful to have coffee grounds on hand so we could make coffee when we arrived. Would highly recommend this apartment.

Rugs in hall and under table were rolled up on edges which were tripping hazards. No fans which would have been helpful as rooms were hot at night even with windows opened. There was only one towel per person for 4 nights.

Very close to main walking street, private patio with table & chairs, very nice rooms, big shower, washer/dryer, very attentive owner who came to fix washer immediately. Beautiful !

We had excellent experience of staying. The apartment is right in the center of Chamonix, and have good view of Mont Blanc. It is clean, beds are very comfortable. Fabrice is very responsive. Will def stay again if we come back Chamonix.

The location is perfect if you participate any UTMB race, or just hiking around. Very close to train station and bus station. The host is extremely helpful and responsive to facilitate every of our queries and request. The view on the balcony is fabulous to see different moments of Mont Blanc. Highly recommend to stay here if you come to Chamonix for the first time

Excellent location! ideal location right next to the main street and very close to a small supermarket. super clean, super well equipped (even TVs in every room) super spacious and comfortable! great parking right under the building and the lift takes you right there. certainly the best property we have visited in Chamonix!
