We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomI stayed one night in an exceptional room with bath and shower. Staff were very helpful, my car was secured in a locked car park over night and my bed was very comfortable and when I switched on the TV it was already tuned in to the BBC News service. Faultless stay.

United KingdomNo offroad parking which was a problem as we had a trailer with all our camping stuff. Also meant we had to take the bus to visit Mont Saint Michel which is conveniently located but stops running at just after 6pm so getting back to the hotel was difficult.

The Ariane is a very nice hotel, just across the road from the train station and the bus to Mont Saint Michel. The room was small, but nice, and there are pretty gardens. The hotel is also kindly keeping our luggage for 5 days while we go hiking.

Hotel had a great location to be able to access Mont St Michel by bike, which is what we wanted. Breakfast was sufficient. The room was a good size for a triple. Our toddler-aged son especially loved the view of the train line from the bedroom window (the train ran infrequently and was very quiet).

IrelandThe shower head needs to be held by hand when using it, no shower curtain. The wifi signal was very poor in my room. Later in the evening both the tv reception and wifi stopped working completely.
Room was clean and spacious. Staff were nice and friendly. Location is very good. Near the train station and just off Main Street with lots of nice restaurants.

NorwayThe garden shown on the pictures didn’t seem to be available for the regular customers. The room didn’t have a shower. There was a shower head in the bath tub but nowhere to fasten the shower head. And no shower curtain.
This is a traditional, clean hotel with a traditional breakfast service. The room was cozy in a old fashioned way, and the staff were professional and kind.
