We loved the cat receptionist!!! It was a very quiet place. We came in May and pool was closed but its seemed nice. Size of terrace was very good but it was not in perfect condition. Location very close to the sea.

Big appartments. Good value for money. The interior is a bit old - but we were looking for a quite place - and found it. Easy way to walk to the beaches and also the nearby forest is very nice.

No air conditioning ( admittedly we realized that after booking but in 30 degrees heat it meant windows open all night) which brings me to the 2nd point. Very noisy, bin men, cars, people in the pool at 3.am ( which was probably due to the festival ) i’m not sure this would happen year round.

Nice pool, plenty of sun loungers and a good location, near a lovely beach. Well equipped in the kitchen.

The apartment could do with some renovations. It lacks in love of the furnishings and maintenance. Could do with a new dining table and maintenance repairs like bulbs out. These things should all be working upon arrival.

The apartment was value for money for our expectations. It was a spacious and had everything we needed for our stay. We made it a home for the week we had there.

It was a bit of an odd place. Reception closed at 5, which feels very early for a hotel (and about a dozen guests, including me, had not yet arrived, judging by envelopes/keys left). Pool was empty and not useable (it was mid April, so early season). Kettle seemed to have been cleaned with vingar which meant (a) water boiler was vile and undrinkable and wasted, and (b) when it boiled it semi exploded and spurted hot water everywhere instead of turning itself off. 'Bedroom' also felt almost like an after-thought: a bed put in alcove by front door, with no power point or TV

I feel the appartments could be cleaned better especially the floors. I understand the summer season is very busy but we only got sheets and towels for one room so we had to look for more sheets and towels for our party from the very helpful member of staff.

We liked the pool and the short walk to a beautiful beach. There is a male member of staff who was very helpful on check in and took time to tell us a little about the area.

Double bed bit small. No air condition in rooms which is very bad in summer. The flat gets very hot and in the night time when you keep your windows open then you get eaten by mosquitoes. Outside balcony was very dirty.

It is not clean and not very comfortable. There were hair in the bathroom, the terrace was very dirty with a cigaret butt, the walls are dirty and the toilet was leaking. We were in low season but we can hear the cars on the street from the bedroom.

We were completely disappointed with the accommodations. The whole hotel was in bad condition, without paint on the outside and as abandoned, the room was no exception. Poorly laid out, the sofa bed mattresses were old and super uncomfortable, the double bed had a hard mattress. The pillows were uncomfortable and it did not have all the necessary kitchen utensils, there was no coffee maker, nor to heat the water. Incidentally, the water service was cut off and we were left without water for several minutes, without warning. The bathroom was horrible. The only good thing was the attention of the receptionist. We left the hotel a day early because we couldn't stand it anymore. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT The hotel was assigned 4 stars. I don't know which blind person gave it that rating. We would not have given it 4 negative stars.

Hard bed, lousy air change (no air conditioning), Difficult reception times and every extra call/request seemed to cost additional (no reception on sundays), Bathroom smelled like mold and ventilation pipes probably hadn't been cleaned for years. I might have gotten bit by bed bugs as well but the staff told it was mosqitoes.. not sure about that. Windows hadn't been oiled so if you kept windows open they squeeked (couldn't get sleep because of it). We payed for 5 days but stayed only one, didn't get our money back.

Room and the terrace was so dirty. Towels, untensils were dirty. On top of this there is no air conditioning in the rooms. So you have to open the windows and terrace door. The window of the bedroom was opened directly to the corridor where a lot of people were walking. On the terrace door geccos comes in and runs across the walls. The entrace door was not closeable from inside. We left after the first night.

The place was in a bad state of repair and the floors, bathroom, toilet, cupboards, even the silverware in the kitchenette, were not clean. Looked as if there was minimal cleaning after the previous party had moved out, only the toilet and wash basin, bathtub had been cleaned obviously. Linen and towels were fresh, though. Terrasse was full of sand from the previous guests, presumably. Another issue was the rare chance to find someone at reception, hours were reduced to a minimum. Breakfast was only available after 9:00 a.m. shortening the precious day.

The location was good, walking distance (10 min) to a beach and small shops, two restaurants, one bar. It was quiet, located in what used to be a forest. A large Terrasse to the West was a plus. The breakfast was pick-up only, quality ok, little choice, just a French petit dejeuner.
