The room (studio) and hotel areas were very clean and quiet. Isabelle and Jean-Christophe were very accommodating with information and helpful advice throughout our entire stay. The hotel is close to the train station which is convenient if you want to travel the Cote d'azur coast. We would definitely stay here again. Also, parking (paid by day) is convenient and safe.

For a business trip, comparing the quality of the service the price is superb, not in the vicinity of the JUAN DE PINS conference center but within ten minutes across the railway line or to the beach. My favorite homey atmosphere, the very friendly and approachable Christopher and Isabella, I didn't feel alienated from my family. My meetings start at 8 am and Christopher prepares my breakfast 15 minutes early so that I can enjoy a hearty French breakfast on the patio every breakfast of the week and start each day's intense workload with a good start.

Great location 10 min walk to beach,5 min walk to train and bus stop,public transport fantastic to any destination on the cote d' azore,hotel/studio's very nice,spotless,lovely owners who cant do enough for you, quiet location at night so no disturbed sleep,10 out of 10.

Struggle to think of anything.

Calm, clean and cool in both senses of the word. Charming and helpful hosts. Great internet and silent a/c. Spacious room. great continental breakfast. Location 10 mins from centre of Juan but also on Antibes border so 20 min walk to centre of Antibes. Rail station less than 5 mins away. Competitively priced.Would definitely recommend.

The building from the outside is a little bit in need of renovation.

The size of the room and bathroom is excellent and it is cozy and clean. Walking distance from the center and the beach. Private parking just in front of the building is a plus.

Very clean, bright and well equipped. Very good energy. The owners are lovely and helpful. Very well managed hotel. Short walk to train station and edge of town. 0.4 to 0.5 mile walk to beach. Very good value. on site parking. We had studio with very well equipped kitchenette and balcony.

Both the room and bathroom were really spacious, which made our stay comfortable. Everything was perfectly clean. Extra points for gentle lavender smell in the room. Highly recommended. You can get French style breakfast, consisting of baguette, croissant, jams, butter, yogurt, tea, coffee etc.

This is kind of a Zen experience- you enter the room and the first thing you notice is the smell like in SPA Center of mint, eucalypt and other herbs. Shining white beds, spotless clean spacious room decorated with hand made art. A terrace just right to fit 3 persons for breakfast. There is bakery and Spar 7 minutes away on feet from the property. Internet and TV and a yard if you prefer to communicate with other guests. The hosts are very kind and everything is organised in a perfect manner. Definitely a worth to visit place. The neighbourhood of Juan Le Pin offers bars, restorers or just a doenner- depending what you prefer! The seaside is 10 minute walk away.

Friendly welcome. Very clean. Great location to the train station and quick travel time into Cannes. Arrived feeling unwell they provided me with honey and a kettle, which was really appreciated. Organised Taxi for my return to the airport. Room was very spacious, quiet location so no disturbed sleep. Perfect stay.
