Sadly the pipes in the bathroom squealed all night which meant I didn't get much sleep.

Beautiful setting right on the beach. The hotel is modern and has excellent facilities. There is a bar and restaurant that overlooks the beach, perfect for watching the sunset. The room was very big, clean. modern and with everything you need. I only stayed one night but would be a perfect location for a longer family holiday.

I did not like like having to leave after one night, we wanted to stay another night. The second thing I did not like was the white and black room dividers in reception, they confused the walk to the lifts and also made the reception area look like a public library. I would paint them emeral green or a nice navy blue, would look more inviting and less clinical.

The location was great by the beach, we did not use the SPA, but it looked great. We sadly could not book another night as the hotel was full and understandably so. Car Parking was good, short drive to a lively bars/restaurant area on the beach. Beach was lovely.

The room was given smelled of dog or something. After some fuss with the manager, I was given another that smelled of the overuse of spray to cover the smell of dog or something. I’m a pet lover, but keep the dogs to one set of rooms; some owners fail to bathe as often as they sound. Be warned that even at this astonishing high price, you are looking over parking lots and thus cars. The southern view toward Biarritz is much much better than toward the industrial north; thanks to the stink, I found that out. The internal courtyard architecture sends sounds into the room, and the elevator ‘ding’ is exceptionally well heard in the room along with the conversations of those waiting for it. I did not bother with the restaurant, as the menu was far too limited for my interest.

Proximity to the beach and beach walk. Despite the distance to any city center, and without a car, I found the public transport both close and perfectly adequate to get to nearby destinations without any difficulty at all.

I liked the comfortable room size, the big bed with hard enough mattresses. The rooms are clean and well equipped. The hotel is located close to the beach and there are snack and dining places within the hotel and around.

We didn’t like the shower in our room . It was in the bath and there was no mat in the bath to stop you from slipping !!

The whole property needs a renewal. It feels a little bit out of maintenance and "rusted". The restaurants (grill night) is kind of expensive for what it offers

The location is perfect for going to the (wild) beaches, the pool is nice and the spa is also good.

We would have used the massage and treatment area more but frankly it wasn’t easy to see/understand what was on offer. Not sure if the exercise classes were available to us …. Maybe an in room treatment/class menu would be good?? And alas, we felt the inside thalassotherapy spa area was better in the photos than in person - but that’s just us, maybe it’s a cultural thing.

Location was great, right next to the beach.Room was spacious With a small balcony. Loads of parking available. We didn’t use the breakfast Buffett…but had dinner in the restaurant, which was lovely. Staff were friendly and helpful and hotel very clean.

The external swimming pool was very small and, since there wasn’t many places, it was always full. The restaurants had a very restricted menu, with not too many options. No beach service, like beach tents..

The room was big and really comfortable Staff was very kind in providing a cradle, bathtub and even a bottle warmer for our baby. hotel is really in front of the beach.

Many of the loungers and unbrellas around the pool were broken. the food is limited and i wouldn't rate the choice on the menu. the charge for breakfast is not warranted as its a basic selection. it's far out from any local shop. so you would need a taxi. bus or car. it could do with a little freshening up.

.We loved the outdoor pool. the staff are really lovely with perfect English. The level of service and attention was second to none. The bedrooms are tastefully decorated. We loved the Spa and its facilities.

Bed was really hard. Was not able to sleep because of back pain due to the uncomfortable bed.

A little pricey in my personal opinion.. Nothing special about the room which was big enough but decoration to be renewed.. A bit impersonal and locals are a bit dull ...Looks like an hospital rather than a fitness center.. Everything is overpriced..nothing exceptional just fine.. 19€ for a breakfast not even included in the room at 200€ I found it a lot exaggerated.. Two many cards for the room .... the swimming pool.... the robe deposit very confusing..

Nice staff very professional and kind.. Quietness.. The swimming pool was very pleasant although not big enough for a 4 🌟hotel.. No bar service.. a bit sad..
