Very close to the Zenith Nantes arena which was a very short walk away so very convenient for our needs. The hotel was very clean and excellent facilities . We arrived early but the receptionist managed to find us a room before the 2pm check-in time so we’ll done to her for this. We did not have breakfast at the hotel due to time restraints however it looked very good . All in all a very good visit and would definitely re-visit if the opportunity arises.

Room was small, and bathroom door was off track at one point and almost fell.

We went to a concert at Zenith so that was great. The staff was excellent, super friendly and I was surprised so many spoke English. I would understand if not, but it was helpful and they were so friendly otherwise.

The floor was very dusty around the edges/under the sink counter, I had to go around and wipe it all up as we have a young child who would be crawling/walking in it.

Great sized room, good location with some restaurants close by and the ability to get the tram in to Central Nantes. Breakfast is not cheap for what you get, recommend going to Dubble which is five minutes away!

Wish the window hadn’t been left open and curtain left to one side - had to swipe a number of flies out of the room who had chosen the room as a location of respite from the sunshine!

Signage for the turning into the hotel.

Lots of choice for breakfast but there seemed to be no muesli. We later spotted half a jar on a shelf above the main counter. The location was convenient for getting up to Rennes. The room and bathroom were very smart. Easy to get luggage from car to room as car park is immediately outside reception and lifts worked well.

Hotel was very clean & staff very friendly. The only negative thing we would say is the privacy when going to the toilet, the sliding toilet door does not close properly. Tram was hard to navigate , no English

A mini-fridge, or more tea or water in the room - but these are only tiny moans.

We needed a hotel for the night when going to a concert at the Zenith, Nantes. This hotel was perfect - 5 minutes walk away. The hotel itself was spotlessly clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. The continental breakfast was tasty and fresh.

The location wasn’t amazing, and we definitely needed to drive to anywhere we needed to go, but the bus stops are also not that far away. A few times after a room was cleaned things would not be cleaned very well, or would not be replaced, I.e. bin was changed and something sticky left on the floor and not cleaned up, shower gel/shampoo/ conditioner bottles knocked over and broken, and no new bath mat, or towel or water but this was fairly minor and apart from the bottles being knocked over all fixed on the next cleaning.

The staff were all extremely pleasant and helpful when asked questions. The room was basically what you want in a hotel room, bed, tv, bathroom, kettle and air conditioning, a bit small but fairly comfortable. Despite being near a very major road, the rooms were quiet, the most you heard were people closing their car doors and only if your room overlooked the car park.

The room was not spacious. The door to the bathroom was in a locked position so it could not be closed for privacy.

The room was comfortable, and clean with modern facilities, The staff were extremely friendly, and helpful and attempted to speak English when possible.

Could hear people having showers at 1 in the morning. Breakfast had nothing left at 08.30 first morning. I had to ask twice for things.
