The bathroom was very small and the stairs to our room on the second floor were quite steep. Not very easy carrying luggage.

The hotel is very central but quiet and the room very comfortable and clean. Breakfast was very good and the staff friendly and helpful.

Although we arrived at 8.25pm, the hotel was closed, and we couldn't get a response by telephone, knocking the doors or email. We paid in full prior to our stay. We have still heard nothing from the hotel and are taking this further via Booking.com

The host didn't speak English & made hand gesture to communicate, we were left to find our room which was in an attic with no fire escape, we had to walk up very steep stairs 8 flights with no lights half way up,which was very frightening & caused both myself & my sister to have full blown panik attacks the room were very poor quality & inadequate ,we were so stressed with the situation we refused to stay there. We found a much better quality & safer hotel .we asked for the previous unsatisfactory hotel to return what we had paid for 3 nights stay they totally refused. I would not advise or recommend this hotel to anyone , but I would tell people to totally avoid this hotel .I would give them 0 out 10

Great location, near the church, and pretty nearby streets. Good for getting to the port in the morning. Lovely breakfast, the best croissants we had all holiday in fact. Helpful and friendly staff. Comfortable room.

It was a very hot night and there was no fan or air conditioning which meant keeping the door to the door/windows open. Our room was on a very noisy street with lots of bright light from street lamps and other apartments opposite. Dieppe is lively at night so the noise carried on until very late into the night! The Wi-Fi struggled to reach our room on the third floor but was strong downstairs. Steep windy stairs with no lift (but as I said the hotel staff did offer to carry a heavy suitcase upstairs for us)

The hotel is extremely central and the staff were very friendly and helpful. There was no lift but the member of staff who checked us in helped to carry a heavy suitcase up to the third floor. Being on a Saturday night, street parking was easy to find very nearby and free on Sundays.

There was good communication about what to do on late arrival, the directions about the door code were clear, the bed was very comfy and the shower was good. Very friendly staff too. It's also in a very pretty historic spot and near the ferry and train station.

Although on the second floor, our room was very comfortable, with a view looking towards the Cathedral, We parked our bikes by the cathedral, but didnt know there was a market on saturdays, ALL was well though, Cracking place for a short stay.

The Hotelier was a very nice lady. She made me feel very welcomed. It was a little far out from the City Centre. But extremely pleasant. It was a nice break away from the Hustle & bustle of every day life. I enjoyed my stay. I would like to go back again... Merci Boucop.. Maria. xx
