We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Terrace and Breakfast were great but the room was just too tiny and lack of places to charge appliances - Aircon didnt work so we slept with the door open and shutters down so a bit noisy but OK . Even kettle had to be plugged in at the very tiny bedside table . On the other hand it was inexpensive so I guess you pay for what you get

United KingdomThere was no kitchenette in the rooms, just a kettle! Balcony rail not secure, it was dangerous.
Great location on the south side of the city, meant we could avoid the traffic jams the following morning of skiers travelling to their resort. Easy check-in and out. We didn't have breakfast, so can't comment on food.

United KingdomThe location isn't the greatest, on an industrial estate, but the hotel itself is clean and quiet. Breakfast is excellent, and it was a very pleasant overnight stopover. Courtepaille restaurant is easy walking distance down the road.

United KingdomThe balcony rail was wobbly. Steps up to the front door. Difficult to open the front door, especially with bags. Reception is very part-time. Hotel is run down. The lift broke down. The lift is too small. Room was small. There are not enough staff.
