Unbeatable location with wonderful ambience, right in the heart of the old town. Newly refurbished and comfortable rooms, with all modern amenities required for a short stay. Staff very helpful and kind. Excellent and freshly prepared breakfast.

No reception / sitting area for the hotel (had to go through the restaurant to get to the little hotel entrance). The room was nicely decorated but totally impractical! There is no wardrobe space / storage area at all (staying for three nights was tricky with leaving clothes in luggage etc.). We had to ask for a chair to put in the room for us to sit on (thanks to the extremely helpful member of staff!) Coffee and tea making equipment is outside the bedroom in the corridor that we share with other guests, with little cakes on offer but being uncovered in a little jar seemed not very hygienic.

Excellent location!! Excellent views from our bedroom (landmark and river views). Extremely polite, pleasant and helpful staff. Breakfast was fabulous.

There should be a vanity (enlargement) mirror in the bathroom and bedroom slippers provided.

Perfect location: easy to reach from the train station and yet all the benefits of the beautiful old town. Exceptionally helpful, cheerful and friendly staff, at check in, during the evening dinner and during breakfast (the breakfast is a real treat). Our room was small but very comfortable and it was lovely to hear the river during the night. Good ideas protecting the environment. All in all wonderfully welcoming and if we return to Annecy we will certainly return to the hotel/restaurant.

Friendliness and assistance of the whole ADL team made us feel at home. ADL is in the centre of Annecy, close distance to all attractions. The tasteful aesthetics and comfort of the rooms and the restaurant add to the hotel's pleasant and relaxing atmosphere. Excellent food, local tastes and excellent staff were the reasons why we favoured this restaurant during our stay. The daily crowd confirms the quality. We have already shared the photos and experience with our friends and family and recommended it for future visits.

The property location is in the heart of old town Annecy. It has been beautifully renovated - modern and well-appointed! The staff are cheerful and very accommodating. Great atmosphere!

Room could have been a bit bigger, but we did understand the building itself is quite old.

The breakfast which came with the room was fantastic. A nice mix of traditional French and American foods, all available at your request. The location couldn't be beat either. A nice little room overlooking the river/canal. We looked at other high end hotels, but their locations all left a lot to be desired.

Nothing to improve.

Very nice hotel in a superb location in the middle of the city center and only 5 min by foot from the train and bus stations. The room (which was upgraded to us for free and without asking) was very spacious and bright. Excellent breakfast/brunch with many options and delicious to say the least. We're happy to come back again!

The rooms are small. Consolidate your stay into an ‘overhead’ bag (leave your checked bag in the car). You’ll be fine.

Great location about town. Park car in garage across the street. Popular map apps can confirm a 360 degree street-view of both, the car park and the hotel.
