We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

NetherlandsThe check-in time of 15h was not respected and we did not get access to the room until 15h45. It was advertised that parking was free on-site, however I was charged 34 euro for parking. Linen was not available in the room for the sofa bed. Telephone in the room was not answered by reception or room service, but staff at the front desk provided linen on request. Electricity outlet where the coffee machine was connected did not work, two additional electrical outlets did not work in the room. Creamer for the coffee machine was not available.
The room had a good view of the Eiffel Tower. It was close to other tourist attractions.
