Breakfast room was quite small and the queue was most of the time long so we never went for a second round due to the waiting time.

Nice staff, enough free parking available, water pressure in the shower was very good. The hotel is about 25 minutes walking to the centre of Colmar. Very good value for money!

The breakfast could be more authentic and with more variety. But other than that, it was a great stay.

The staff are very sympathetic. On our first day, the guy at the reception gave us nice tips of the town, in terms of parking, where to eat, etc. One day they failed to make the room, despite that we asked for it, so they made a gesture by giving us breakfast for free the next day, which was much appreciated.

BreKfast is of good quality, though variety does not match with the price of € 10,95 per person. In my opinion a price tag of 7 - 8 € would be more reasonable.

Very basic, ok for an overnight stay but not more. Electric car chargers didnt work (non-Tesla). Looks like its been broken for a while and not fixed.

In the Saturday morning, there was no hot water for my shower 😥. I pointed it out to the staff. They offered my breakfast. The rest of the stay was excellent.

The hotel staff took into account my late arrival specified via booking.com. The check-in was super fast.

The breakfast food was fine, but could have offered more choices for the money. Good that it was optional. The most inconvenient thing was the WiFi. The WiFi on itself was fine: decent speed and good coverage. But in order to use wifi, one has to register by entering quite a few amount of data: Room number, Room code, Name, Family name, phone number, additional standard checks "I agree", etc. Even this could have been ok, if such registration were a one-time action. The problem is that the registration expires in several hours (!) so in order to continue using wifi one needs to repeat the whole procedure (with entering all this data) once again. This could be improved by altering network settings to expire the registration after some non-usage period, say 12 hours, instead of some fixed period of time.

The location with own parking is good for car travelers. City center is around 30 minutes walk, which was ok for us. The staff is helpful, the room was quiet and clean.

It was a bit further away than we expected , but that’s on us - about a 30 min walk into Colmar . This turned into a blessing , as because there was another 40 million people in colmar it was nice to get away from the crowd .

the shower gel dispenser was not working. They tried to repair it, but it only gave one drop of shower gel afterwards. They clearly use this dispenser to save money on shower gel, but they shouldn't save money with this. It is annoying for the guest. I hope they will replace these malfuntioning dispensers.

Very friendly staff, we got some soft gingerbread as a welcome gift. Enough parking lots in front of the house and the hotel is close to some malls.

The staff is kind, helpful, pleasant, and ready to assist. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The internet is good. Otherwise, if you're not traveling by car, there are a few options for transfers between the center and the hotel. If you come from the train station to the hotel, take line 7 towards ZI Nord and get off at the station called Timken. From the station, it's a 5-minute walk to the hotel. There isn't much public transportation, but it's punctual and not available on Sundays. Take a picture of the schedule at each station and pay attention if it's a holiday or Saturday, as the schedule may differ. We also used Uber; the fare from the theater to the hotel was 12 euros. So, I would encourage you to choose the hotel. Now about the food, I'd say the selection isn't vast, but considering hotels in France, I'd say this hotel offers a wide range.
