Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United KingdomLocal eateries were all fast food and without beer or wine but otherwise OK. No coffee/tea making or fridge. Only one skimpy pillow for each occupant.
The room was no frills but perfectly functional, clean and cheerful. The continental breakfast was superb value.

United KingdomThe location surroundings seem a little industrial, although facilities are exceent and there are plenty of places to eat and drink in easy walking distance, including an Olympic sized ice ring. We were only there overnight, so debated about going in't the centre on the nearby metro. I am glad we did, the centre is absolutely charming and the views of the mountains from the fort absolutely spectacular. The hotel car park is a little swoopy to access off a busy roundabout, but a real bonus.
The guy on the desk was a star. We were a day early for our booking and he went out of his way to facillitate us. Charming with it.

United KingdomThere are no hand towels in the bathroom, the breakfast was not worth 8.5€ in my opinion (tried it only one morning), floor in the room needs more cleaning ( there was some dust on the floor and it was not really clean).
Good location - opposite the shopping centre, not far from huge supermarket, 2 min walk from the bus and tram. Room was spacy and comfortable, good noise isolation, staff was friendly.

PolandUnfortunately, it is only a B&B hotel so it does not provide some basic equipment such as a cup in the bathroom, hair dryer, kettle.
A cheap but decent hotel of the B&B chain. Staff very friendly and helpful. Definitely the personnel deserves a positive opinion. Breakfast worth the price.
