There was no volume on the TV in my room. I was chilly when in bed. It would have been helpful if there had been an extra cover available.

The location was quiet. I was able to make myself a hot drink from the dinning area on my arrival. Breakfast was calm and civilised and simple.

All fine for what it is!

Typical chain hotel in a very good location for reaching after late-ish ferry arrival at Le Havre. Obviously an older hotel but nicely refurbished. Easy access from motorway. Very convenient for a visit for a visit to Honfleur next morning. Quiet, plenty of free parking, large, comfortable bed and excellent keenly priced breakfast.

Had to sleep with window open as very hot inside and couldn't turn down heating, in January! Kids too hot in the mezzanine.

Room was clean and comfortable, breakfast was very good. Bathroom was fine, everything worked. Tv was good. Our expectations were met all round.

We couldn't change the subtitles to English on the TV. There wasn't a kettle inside the room. The carpark was quite busy during the evening - (but we still found the odd space)

The kids loved having a room upstairs. It felt more spacious and separated. The first time we have ever seen a room with an upstairs. The staff were helpful and friendly, not available all day long but you are given clear instructions on the machine outside the main entrance on how to enter the building. You're given a code for the main door, bedroom and gate (although we never had to use it for the gate). The cleaning staff also arranged the teddies on the bed which the children appreciated. We were able to communicate with the staff despite the language barrier, the receptionists both understood English.

Parking. One of the reasons I chose this motel was parking which they provided and it was big enough but, if you arrive late at night you'll end up parking on charging station or disabled people place, because there are no parking spaces available around the motel. So either you need to park in the motel parking space or there are no other places to park your car. The location is a bit far from city, you need to always visit the city by car which is a negative point for me.

Clean and comfortable rooms. For the price I paid, it was really good. Also I was satisfied with the service, they cleaned the room everyday.

Room is just adequate, clean overall. Basic shower and washroom. Shower has a cloth curatin only . Adequate for crusing intoa hotel that is clean overall. No coceirge service.

East and simple access. Quirkiness of the family rooms with the upstairs level - the kids loved it, and so did we. Perfect for a night or two rather than a longer stay.

Tight quarters due to layout, and the bathroom has very little surface to set any toiletries. We also had trouble finding parking, but a number of cars were spaced poorly since the spaces aren’t marked,

Not convenient if you did not drive

Big car park area. There was no one at reception when we arrived, but not a problem following the instructions given the day before to self check-in. Room for 4 was more spacious than expected!

The fact that all day the staff was missing the building. No Smoke rooms

Breakfast was good enough for a 2-Stars, the rooms were clean, comfy bed and the parking was quite good.
