How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Bathroom smelled bad. Can hear doors slamming from other rooms and people speaking clearly from other rooms and hallways. My entry code did not work when I arrived and no one at the front desk. Had to call the 24/7 number several times. Other guests arriving also had difficulties getting their codes. All while waiting outside in the cold. Hauled my bags upstairs 3 times before getting entry. Nice gentleman came down finally to assist and problem was solved quickly.
Location within 15 min walk of train to Disney. Comfy beds.

Room wasn't that clean, bathroom was small, people doing balloons outside and inside the hotel, no lifts.
The hotel is nice close to the motorway, lots of exploring to do in the area, shopping centre is round the corner, Lidl is a 3 minute walk away, halal food places nearby and a very peaceful area. Staff are lovely I had a baby so they would open up the kitchen for me to fill my flask with water.

Check-in was annoying using the outdoor machine and ticket printer. We arrived tired and went to bed even more so after that.

the room is cramped for four people. It takes 15 minutes to get to the subway
the hotel has very friendly staff, it is clean, the service is at a high level.

Room is on the smaller size but it is expected for the price paid.
Location of the hotel was ideal for going to either Paris City centre or Disneyland as it is close to a bus stop leading to the RER train station. Lots of available restaurants and a supermarket near the area. Room is nice and clean, air conditioned and regularly maintained by the hotel.

My biggest problem with this property is the stench of cigarettes left by previous tenants in the room. The property should prevent people from smoking. It could be a much nicer place if care would have be taken of little things like that. Allowing people to smoke in the hotel in 2023 is not acceptable.
The hotel offers good balance between the quality to the price. It is also not that far from the RER A station.

Budget hotel twenty minutes away from EuroDisney. No frills but very clean, comfortable, and convenient. Friendly staff too. Free car park a bonus.

I missed a bigger garbage can in the room. Thankfully there was a small one in the bathroom. There was also not an extra towel for after you washed your hands. The breakfast is not very variated. Different fruits or more toppings for on the bread would have been nice. Small things for comfort but overall our stay was lovely.
The people of the B&B were very nice and helpful! The room is small but everything you need is in it. A clean bathroom and a nice bed. For our stay in which we were mostely outside, the room was perfect. The location is great for travels to Paris with the metro A. It is a 20 minute walk from the metro to the hotel. The easy check in en checking out system was very much appriciated.

The airconditioner needs a bit of maintenance, gives only air.
The hotel staff specially the receptionists were very helpful and friendly, the housekeeping staff are honest and ample parking space is a good point, the location is close to supermarkets and train station but a bit far from Paris city, however, it is closer to Disney parks. It is a small but nice hotel.

Hotel is right off of highway with a ton of restaurants and shops. The room is small but we knew this. We needed a one night cheap stay on our way out of Paris to Germany. Beds were comfy, room clean, super quiet, and receptionist was very sweet.

The rooms should have been cleaner, and I saw a cockroach. The double bed was uncomfortable and very squeaky as it had a worsen plank underneath. The toilet smelt a lot due to the drains being blocked we did not even have a shower
Location was good close to Disney land breakfast was alright.

I have stayed in many B & B hotels in France and I know what to expect - they are a cut above the lowest priced hotel chains in comfort and facilities and this was as expected.
