We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

After initially going to the Kyriad at Futuroscope, we eve tally found the right one. Initially we were a little disappointed but it turned out fine! The motel style hotel was quiet and clean. We drove to the other Kyriad to eat as the nearest restaurant was an Asian buffet. We also cheekily parked at the other Kyriad to visit Futuroscope as the walk was too far for us from our Kyriad Breakfast had to be ordered the night before. Coffee was good. Nice staff, clean room with microwave and fridge

Bed was very big and comfortable . Room was old but had a good shower, microwave and fridge which meant we could buy some food and have it in the room. Free parking is a bonus and the area was quite and near the motorway.

Basic but comfortable. TV fridge ensuite firm double bed plenty of plug sockets. Just there for 1 night futuroscope visit. Free car parking. Self check-in was brilliant.
