Nothing. It met our expectations perfectly.

Very clean, comfy and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel's location was perfect, just off of the main road. The security gates closed on the carpark at night. The location is on an industrial site, looks like more hotels are being built, there was a Mc Donald's opposite and a restaurant if you wanted to eat. The breakfast was lovely, the lady that served us was very polite.

Breakfast was 18 Euros per adult which was too pricey so we skipped it.

Value for the money. Clean, new hotel closer to the motorway with food options nearby (McDonald's next door) and a few smaller ones not too far. Decent sized twin bed room with a clean bathroom and toiletries included. The beds were ok, not too fancy. Check in process is simple with a code to access the main door, gate and room free parking included in an open parking lot.

It is a good hotel where you know what to get and expect. On the practical side was easy to reach late in the night to check in and get a parking. All that we are in need.

There was nothing specific that I didn't like. It's a budget hotel so there are things that more expensive hotels provide that it would be foolish to expect in a budget hotel and it would be unfair to criticise these.

Despite being located on an industrial estate near a very busy road, it was surprisingly quiet in the room due to very effective glazing. It's a relatively newly built budget hotel but was very clean and cleaned daily with the option of clean towels daily. Parking was plentiful and free. I liked the use of a single access code for room, front door and access gate. I didn't have breakfast there so cannot comment on it. Overall, it met all of my needs.

All good for the purpose!

It’s a great place to break a long journey. No detour needed. We were on the way from Spain to Italy and this worked very well for us. There is a McDonald’s in front of the hotel for dinner and the hotel serves breakfast. No wastage or time. worked well for our 1400 kms journey!

We were charged cca 14 euros more than the booking price and nothing was done by the hotel. There were no small towels for hands and face, just one big towel per person.

Very elegant and simple rooms, with use of wood. Newly decorated, cozy and comfortable. Check in is electronic, no attendance, easy to follow. Parking lot is fenced and 2 restaurants in close proximity. Easy to find. Could not made breakfast due to early morning departure.

We had a very quite airconditioned family room for one night. 15min by car to Arles, McDonalds and supermarket near by. We didn't have breakfast, went to Arles and found a nice Café. Rooms clean, beds big enough for us. All doors worked with the same code, very comfortable. Good internet. Our son stayed in the lobby playing pc. Perfect.
