For the price we paid, there's not a lot I can complain about really. It was a great place to rest our heads of a night and we spent most of the day out and about.

The hotel was within 15 minutes walking distance from Lille. We were visiting for 3 days and wanted something cheap and cheerful. There was free parking for guests which we booked in advance and we felt extra content as the car park was gated and very safe. The hotel staff were also lovely!

it’s not homely, it’s a budget hotel, and as a budget hotel quite good. it’s also 20 mins walk to centre of Lille and train station.

No cups or tea/ coffee facilities in room. Room very basic and window looked over dual carriageway

value room which was ideal for a family. x2 adults and x2 young adults. walking distance to underground station. hotel offered free parking and you could pay for breakfast. room had toiletries, clean towels and area to hang clothes.

Rooms are small and we stayed at the underground floor which was unpleasant because of the view. I didn't like the coffee at breakfast, which is quite important for people with kids.

Quiet area, walking distance from city center (20min) and nice bed. Good breakfast. Babycot and parking available on request.

Room was generally small, barely enough space for 2 carry-ons and 2 backpacks. No space to leave your shoes. WiFi required manual reconnection with having to type in an email and agree to T&C every time, which was not very convenient. The AC kept making weird noises when it was turning on and woke us up throughout the night. The light switch for the bathroom + room was not grounded well and almost zapped me a few times when I tried to turn it on. Room had a weird smell. There was a small window which could be opened but it was in a closed space so no air was ever coming into the room. The highway was next to this side of the hotel so I'm guessing that's why the window would not be properly open - as to not make it extremely noisy. Pillows were too thin. The bed cover was huge and quite heavy for the summer season so we either had to sleep with the AC blasting cold or we were very warm.

The hotel was overall good, near some supermarkets and restaurants. The area was not the greatest, but it did not impact our stay. Generally slightly expensive for what it offers, but it was decent compared to the rest of Lille. 10 minutes from Grand Palais, 25-30 from the centre. Room was mostly comfy, bed was nice, bathroom was okay - soap and shampoo+shower gel included (bug dispensers and not the small travel packs). Floor was not carpeted which was a plus for me in term of cleanliness. TV had a Chromecast which worked perfectly! WiFi was decent. We didn't spend a lot of time at the hotel but it was pleasant. The common area on the ground floor was good for gathering with our friends and eating/talking. 24/7 reception. They let us check in a bit earlier than the set time for free. You could pay for each room separately. There is a vending machine in the lobby and a big fancy coffee machine as well. Prices for the coffee were very good, for the vending machine - not so much (1,90eur for a water).

Everything was better than expected, so no negative points for this hotel. Keep it up!

The room was great, with well-thought-out design that included all needed amenities (plugs, spaces, and more). The staff was most agreeable and helpful. The breakfast is good, many options and decent coffee. The location was great, right outside the city.
