Temperature inside the room and bathroom. It was cold though there was heating system with the temperature 28, it was still very cold (around 20).

I came with my daughter for the competition so I stayed 1 night. HOtel was clean, comfortabale and employees were very welcome.

Only one choice of eating place within walking distance, and not to our taste. Another review had mentioned a Chinese restaurant, which was within a five minute walk, but not advised by hotel staff as being a safe walk because of busy dual carriageway and no footpath provision. We agreed with that, and chose to picnic in our room! (My husband prefers not to have to drive to a restaurant after arrival at our overnight stop).

Easy to locate. Parking within fenced grounds of hotel.. New hotel, bright and fresh. Convenient for one night stopover. Breakfast adequate, but nothing outstanding, and no toaster facility!

Nothing the hotel can do about, but the camping next to the hotel is not welcoming. Be sure to keep your valuables out of your car.

Very convenient location as a last leg towards home in Belgium. Staff is helpful, shopping centre nearby although not in walking distance. Went to Buffalo Grill steakhouse (fair priced, but busy on a Friday night). Parking space is sufficient.

It is a little out of the nearest town centre . You must drive to shops, restaurants etc ( although a Chinese restaurant is just across the road)

With the building being so new there were a few "snagging" issues in the room and corridor; e.g. faulty LED reading lamps, faulty LED lighting in bathroom, sticking doors,... However, the acting manager took this seriously and stated that the contractor was already scheduled to attend and address several issues. Hopefully these teething problems will be gone by the time you read this.

Smart modern and recently built business hotel. Smart open reception area, large glass facade and large TV! The rooms we spacious, modern and crisp. Very much as you'd expect from this type of hotel. Plenty of parking with a perimeter fence, although not secured with a gate the location felt safe. Easy access from the major road. My SatNav struggled with the precise address, perhaps because the hotel and street was new, but it was not hard to find... Just 200mtrs west of the junction between the N52(E411) and D618(E44). ( lat 49.516688, long 5.747451 ) Lowry town centre has character, with fortress ramparts, large town square and smart buildings. Clearly has been a border country citadel of importance. A gentle walk from the hotel to the town centre took 15mins. Looking for budget food?.., the Chinese buffet restaurant (Royale de Chine) directly opposite doesn't look impressive from the outside, but the buffet was very good and clearly well known by the locals: busy, informal and lively. In the town centre there was a large choice of food outlets, from kebab shops, burger bars through to expensive French an Italian cuisine. Plenty of choice, but we were only there one night and opted for the cheap Chinese buffet.
