How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Room is a bit small and sparsely furnished. Breakfast for 12,5 € is too much.
Typical 3 Star Hotel with 24/7 reception. Clean rooms, friendly and helpful staff, parking for a fair rate of 10€/d. Metro: 2 minutes on foot. Some late night shops and snack bars around. Bathroom spacious, modern and clean.

We enjoyed our stay in this hotel and chose it because of it's location near the Stade de France. Rooms were clean, staff friendly. The hotel is not located near any nice attractions apart from the stadium. You get what you pay for and you know you are conveniently close (even walking distance) to your sporting event.

Sometimes a little smelly in the corridors when staff clean out rooms but nothing one can’t put up with.
Good low cost property with all the basic amenities and very useful vending machines for a quick coffee and snacks during the night time. Near to Carrefour Pleyel metro station. Easy to commute.

It's not that I didn't like it or I would like to complain, but there were a few things I noticed.. The room was cold, we had an AC unit at 30°, but it was still chill (there was a cold breeze coming from the window). The bed was making a squeaking noise whenever my partner was turning around, so I was awake half of the night. In hotel information there was saying that they provide toiletries (they provide only 2 bottles: soap and shower gel+shampoo), no conditioner. For women it is a necessity to use conditioner :)
As the person who has been working in the hospitality industry for more than 16 years, I know what I can expect to get in hotels, B&B's. The room was clean, with basic amenities. The staff was very helpful, especially the gentlemen who worked in the evening on 10/12/2023 (thank you). Didn't use the downstairs area, as breakfast we had in the city. It is good value for money. Generally had a pleasant stay.

Basic accommodation, no frills but you get what you pay for. Close to Metro so the city is very accessible. Staff are friendly and helpful. Ideal location for Stad de France.

Location was close to metro however I didn’t feel safe getting the metro home in the dark as the area around the stop is not the nicest. We got free now home from the city and it was perfect.

Very clean, is just perfect for going to the rugby world cup. It about 15 euros taxi ride for 2 people from the stadium to the hotel at 2am in the morning. Close to metro station to Paris.

Basic for the price.
Comfortable and clean. We were going to a Rugby match in Stade De France so the location was ideal. Close to Metro and it was just one stop

The bed guys your mattresses are so hard please get softer I like a firm mattress but there’s are hard literally only thing that let the hotel down

Extra charges on arrival. Booking.com need to sort out this "Hotel Tax" nonsense. I expect my payment to cover all charges related to accommodation.
The staff were fantastic. The room was spotless. Great shower. Location was close to Stade de France so suited us well. On site parking was secure and convenient. 24 hour reception - we had a warm welcome we we arrived at 3:30 am. Good breakfast too. We slept really well as the rooms are soundproof.
