Everything was exceptional.

Our stay was wonderful. From the location to the gorgeous French Deco renovation to the amazing staff everything was exceptional. Our room looked onto the courtyard and was clean , well appointed and comfortable. The restaurant and cocktail bar were wonderful with great food , service and atmosphere.

Room pretty small. hairs left on the bed when getting in first time. Room close to elevator so a bit noisy. Breakfast starting at 07h30AM, while i was leaving hotel at 05h30AM.

None of the following are big deals on their own, but combined with the high cost of the hotel, result in generally a ‘ok’ stay and not much more. We paid $600 more to stay here for 3 nights than a nice hotel nearby. We thought we would get something special but: - the hardware on the door 204 for the key reader had fallen off. It still worked through the chip in the door but looked bad and was missing our while stay - the small room would have been more spacious without the mini convenience store inside. We don’t need pringles for sale in a ‘luxury’ parisian hotel or plastic menus or a fridge full of things or a notiifcation that if we take the water bottle we will be charged $30. Tacky. - the shower nozzle broke (the hotel fixed it promptly, to their credit) - you must log in every day to wifi. More convenient at even the cheapest of hotels to just log in once. - you must ask housekeeping to replace the coffee each day. - housekeeping does not communicate with each other or the front desk. At check in, they were not aware the room was ready. On the first day, housekeeping came for a second time and then instructed us we should have put the do not disturb sign up even though we had no expectation they would mistakingly come twice. Rude - the metro makes the building rumble each time. If you get a good rate, this hotel would be a fun place to stay in Paris but I won’t stay here again and suggest you look carefully at price.

My only concern with my room (308) was the drainage of the bathroom sink and toilet, both of which were very slow.

The staff was extraordinary! Everyone was friendly, extremely helpful, and always professional. The room, and indeed the entire facility, was spotless and tastefully maintained. The restaurant was first rate, featuring beautifully prepared and varied dishes including a superb wine and bar selection. The room was nicely appointed and very comfortable, including air conditioning and a very cozy bed. All around within easy walking distance are numerous eateries, boutiques, and facilities to make your stay comfortable.

The breakfast was great but it was a bit complicated as I booked and paid for it but they could not find me and had to recheck in the listing and then with the manager .. that was a bit unpleasant ..

It's a real shame as standards here have definitely slipped a bit. Our room hadn't been properly cleaned when we arrived and we'd ask for the room to be set up for the three of us, which it wasn't. Coming back to the room mid afternoon the next day it still hadn't been serviced. We were offered a free breakfast but despite being there before breakfast ended, most of the food had been taken away and the waitresses were disinterested and had obviously had an argument. This place used to be really great! Service elsewhere in Paris is terrific on the whole and I love the city so much. I'll be really sad to look elsewhere for a future stay but will do as I'm not sure it's worth the cost anymore.

The location of this stylish hotel is wonderful and I have stayed here a number of times now with friends.

There was no hot water in the hotel for one day we were there. It wasn't awful. But the shower head in our room didn't function properly.

The hotel staff was very nice. There is no "concierge" so to speak, but they helped me with most questions I had. The hotel location is great. Very lively on either end of the block. Many great restaurants and shops. Good walking area, and very central.

We were not informed if we qualified for breakfast or that there was a breakfast as part of our room fee. In fact we were informed by another guest, after we had checked out, that we should have been informed of such a treat to our stay. Slippers to walk around and an extra blanket would have been nice. The electricity went out on day two; the internet went down on day three; and there was NO English television channels to catch up on news - we were there during the riotsnandbitbwould have been good to be better informed.

The location and restaurant were a great plus. Most of the staff was friendly, but there were a couple of instances where no one was at the front desk.. Still the night staff gentlemen were friendly and helpful. The restaurant food was delicious and the service was amazing - the restaurant staff should be commented.

location is superb. couldn’t recommend it more in terms of convenience. we were right across the street from bike rentals and around the corner from the cutest bars and bistros. easily walkable. the room was lovely and spacious, clean. overlooking a quiet street. trendy interior with a cozy restaurant where we were able to get some work done during the day.
