Cant really say anything wrong with the hotel. The slight thing that took me back was the guarantee you have to pay right at the start of your stay if you damage the room. Other than that minor minor thing everything else was perfect.

Hotel was 10minute walk to Eiffel Tower. Very quiet area. Metro was just outside the hotel to get anywhere in Paris. Hotel was clean, staff were polite and made us feel welcome. Would 100% return to this hotel when next visiting Paris.

The room was a little bit small but more than enough for our needs.

The location of the property is perfect. walking distance to different locations. ( supermarket,Groceries,Pharmacy, cafes and restaurants, Tram station (Segur is 2 minuts walking distance) 30 mnts walking to Eifel Tower. we stayed for 2 nights. I didn't try the breakfast at the hotel because I wanted to have the experience at the cafes at Noterdam Street the Staff who welcomed us was so nice and helpful. she even gave us information about paris in arabic

Location, staff, check in was early and smooth. Room was comfortable, we got a really good night's sleep on the bed with extra fluffy pillows. Bathroom was suitable and the sink was installed at a good height for use.

Room was tiny and hot, so sleep was a bit fitful, but that said we were there to visit Paris, not the hotel, so all.was fine

NOT COMPLAINING AT ALL BUT - there was a smell of the drainage every now and again, nothing over powering and when you put the shower on for a while it got rid of it. The shower door was broken so had to lift it to open but was manageable.

Hotel was lovely, room was perfect, bathroom great size, bed was comfy, lovely view of the street out the window, made me feel very thankful each morning waking up. Can pay extra for breakfast at the property but there is a little bakery across the street and we ventured there every morning to plan the day! Has a small bar, a sitting area in reception and an area with a computer. All very well decorated. Clean and tidy. Safe in room easy to use. Hairdryer, a good one at that. BRILLIANT stay!!

Nothing

The room is spacious (for Paris' standards) and nicely furbished. Staff is kind and accommodating. I asked for an early check-in as my flight got in in the morning and despite being very busy they did their best to give me access to the room a couple of hours earlier than the normal check-in time. Bed is very comfortable and there is everything you need for a short business travel (hairdryer, coffee machine, etc.). Wi-fi works well.

İsabel, the Lady at the reception, is very very rude. She is not helpful. She hesitated to give receipt. She has not good manners as a receptionist.

The location was fantastic. Only a 15-minute walk from the Eiffel tower and a stone thrown away from the subway. The room was very small but very cozy and clean and well equipped with coffee machine, safe box, etc. The staff were extremely friendly specially Stephanie and the breakfast lady 😁😍 You shouldn't expect to have a lot of variety in breakfast items. Very limited but delicious 😋 All in all I really enjoyed my stay 😍
