We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Check-in was very simple, the rooms are large and very clean, the bed was very comfortable and the breakfast extremely generous. They have a discount with the local restaurants. It's very close to the main road and easy to find. A perfect place to stop between Calais and Zurich or the Alps.

United KingdomI chose the hotel because it had a 24h front desk as I knew we’d be arriving late. It did - but it didn’t have a 24h car-park gate. When we arrived there was no clue how to open the gate and we hadn’t been forewarned about this. In the end my husband squeezed through a gap and went to tell the receptionist to open the gate. Not ideal when you’re tired and it’s late. Otherwise, excellent.
Great place, super clean, comfortable and spacious. A great-value stopover.

Spacious, comfortable, very clean, excellent bathroom with separate loo. Ventilation was very good. Useful fridge. Good to have coffee machine. Enormous TV but sadly only news channels in English. No entertainment channels.. Two comfortable chairs too but TV is weirdly (for me) mounted opposite bed where I prefer to sleep, read and ????? not watch the news. The room was very quiet. Recommend. Very good parking too

United KingdomWow, what a find! A really nice hotel with large, very clean rooms with great facilities. A really comfortable bed and quiet location. There are three chain restaurants within easy walking distance of the hotel. Breakfast was simple but with fresh bread and croissants from a bakery. Excellent.
