We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

FranceLocation - too far away for someone without a vehicle.
The staff was helpful when there at 1800hours. Location is not the greatest - one needs a car to find a place to eat in the evenings. Best to bring food with, as only option were vending machines. Breakfast begins at 0600 hours, so would have to make arrangements at other locations if leaving earlier.

Receptionist was jovial and helpful.Spoke English too.Hotel was easy to find with satnav.Room was quite large,Full length mirror,good lighting.Bathroom was clean and shower quite powerful.Tv had English programs which is unusual...dog friendly at 4e ,breakfast available,although there was coffee machine abd sback vending machines at the entrance.Carpark was secure at night Plenty of nearby restaurants too,KFC,Buffalo Grill,Asian.

Saudi ArabiaNot much, we got what we expected, could have done with a facility to make coffee etc in the room. Overall, it was good.
After a long drive the hotel presented well, the room was excellent and the staff polite. Parking was outside the room, which gave additional security for our belongings. It was an extremely quiet location and was not far from restaurant's and shopping facilities.

SpainAs we have stayed several times in a B&B hotel in Salt in Girona Spain which is good and excellent value for money we felt confident in booking this hotel in the same chain in Lescar France. Sadly they were about as different as chalk and cheese. On arrival our dark and gloomy double room had 1 towel and 1 pillow for 2 people, this was, however, rectified by the very helpful receptionist. The bathroom was the smallest we have ever seen (and had no soap for the basin), the shower was cramped and tiny and the shower head was clearly not fit for purpose, it sprayed so badly that we had to hold it whilst trying to shower, not the easiest thing in the world, and the soap dispenser ran out after one pump. In the Spanish B&B there is a machine in reception with free tea and coffee - not so here! If this is an example of the standard of the B&B chain of hotels in France we will not be using them again. Unfortunately the good location and lovely receptionist did not make up for the overall poor impression we are left with.
