Wi-Fi: virtually unuseable (continuous log off, certificates that wouldn't resolve, slow bandwidth) - if not for staff trying I would discount an entire 5 points for this.

Staff - very kind and tried within what they could; although got impression never escalated major issue (Wi-Fi) Room - fantastic, very good use of space and nice bathroom facilities

At first I was in a room facing the street and the window let all the noise from the road come in. So I asked to change the room and it was better.

You get what you pay for: essential room, small spaces, but with simple parking and low prices.

The door hinges need oiling, they creak terribly in the morning, they woke us up because you can hear it through walls. Wi-Fi required reconnecting often with all the requiring data to be refilled - very annoying.

Bed was comfortable, staff was helpful and nice. Good connection to Antibes Railway Station, from that to Nice, Monaco and Cannes is just a step away. Free parking. Relaxing and peaceful neighborhoods.

When check-in only physical bank card is accepted. Aircon turned off since it was loud. A bit pricey,though since no staff. Room €139, breakfast extra €8,50 pp.

Good location, not far from the A9 motor road. Parking space. Any time check-in by using the allocated (smart!) machine ( see photo enclosed)in the lobby in several languages. Just follow the Customer friendly instructions. No key to the room, code given to enter. No previous booking is essential. Comfy bed, clean bedlinen, cleanliness, simple but functional design in the room. The choice of breakfast (hot/cold).The apricot jam is devine with brioche! Hot choc, coffe are excellent. Definitely recommended and would love to go back.

Rooms are quite small but fine if you're just intending on sleeping in the room and being out of your room during the day.

The soap/ shower gel was in a container inside the shower and very difficult to squeeze out. There are no restaurants in the vicinity.

You need to pay extra for the pet and in the booking process they said: "maybe" charges for pet.. MAYBE is conditional. And very small room, enough space just for walking and the shower is for tiny persons, almost impossible to take a shower

Heating system/AC ocasionally start making a loud repetetive noise (even when set to low speed). Upon arrival the staff at the reception asked us if we want our rooms to be cleaned the morning and we said no. Next morning at 9:00 the lady responsible for cleaning knocked on the door to ask us the same thing... We said no again. We left our room half an hour later. When we came back in the evening we saw that the cleaning lady was in our room. What's the point of asking twice if you don't respect a customer's answer?
