    Please beware of this property and do not book. We were mislead that there is ac and when we got there the place was an oven and ac broken, no fans. A clogged bathroom sink that was unusable, glass shower door hanging off, clogged shower drain, broken window that did not close properly which meant the people outside were basically in the apartment and the apartment had not been cleaned much. The noise is unbearable, there is a bar right downstairs called Le Klubber, when I booked, the hours were different and supposed to be open two nights a week but I found out it’s under new ownership the day I moved in and will be open more often. Some days until 10AM, yes techno music shaking the apartment until 10AM. Now to mention the management of this place, it’s not taken care of by the owner, I have never experienced such bad customer service, the keys were thrown at us and the lady was not able to answer any questions. I waited another 5 hours until after 10pm for a guy (Cristian) to drop by and tell me yeah the ac is broken, “we have to contact the owner to see what can be done.” I was the one that had to initiate contact and was ignored for over 24 hours after this, no fans brought or mention of ac being fixed. I found this same place for rent on another site and contacted there at 10pm at night, someone said it’s Sunday and nothing is open to buy fans, I informed them I saw fans in a store earlier that day, no response. I waited until 2pm after being there 2.5 days and no contact. I had to leave (and lose $1600) since I had a child with me, and we could not breathe, as soon as I texted to say I was checking out I got a response to leave the keys on the table lol seriously unprofessional and were screening my texts. I was informed since I left I can’t get any sort of refund, “you weren’t forced to leave”, actually i was forced, i needed help and was ignored. They are saying i was emailed and told fans would be brought, which is lies. Booking.

    The most disappointing aspect of the property is the cleaningness. Unfortunately I didn’t take any photos, I regret, but probably my remarks would help to fix this issue. My impression was that somebody stays in that flat. I think, the owner doesn’t deserve to cheat him!

    It is placed in the downtown, is very close to the beach, to the promenade, to the citadel, waterfall, to the public transport, etc. It is well equipped, comfortable.

    Where do I start, beware of this property. Apartment wasn’t clean, bed was rock hard and no doona cover. Only square pillows. Unprofessional, strange set up going on here. Due to a flight change we arrived in Nice at 8:30am, a few days before I communicated this to the host and he asked if we could drop our bags at the apartment. We made our way there only to be told we can’t anymore and will have to use luggage storage. I reminded him that it would be great to check in early, he said he’ll do his best to get it clean and we have check in then. Waited all day, was told at 4pm we could drop our bags. Waited outside for over an hour for cleaners to arrive and start smoking and staring at us. Someone then arrives to let the cleaners in to clean the apartment. I asked what the hell is going on and he just google translated “20 more minutes” into his phone. Didn’t get the apartment till 5:30pm. Host didn’t explain anything in check in or check out like the fact we can’t lock one of the front doors, he pretty much threw us the key and walked off. That night we had people banging down our door at 4:30am demanding to let them in, unbeknownst to us it is a dual tenancy, and we can’t lock both doors. Host’s belongings still in the apartment which includes, clothes, toiletries, food, and other random items, it’s literally someone’s house. The host will only message you on WhatsApp and owns a cleaning service. Strange, unprofessional operation going on. Not suited for booking.com. Beware!!
